📝 I Am a Teacher 📝
I salute all the stemians in the world. I hope everyone is healthy. Let us all continue to work responsibly on the Steemit platform and participate properly in the Steemit Engagement challenge session. Today I want to take part in the 6 season of Steemit Engagement challenge, which entered the second week organized by the Steem for Bangladesh Community. the name of the topic I am a teacher.
In my view, the teacher is a great profession that exists in all parts of the world. We are indebted to the great service of the teachers, who have taught and nurtured us, gave different knowledge, so that we can improve. No matter how little knowledge a person teaches, that person can be called a teacher. Generally, teachers are those who have a deep knowledge of professional science, teach proper, give guidance. Teaching is my hope, my little dream so I am willing to do it. However I do not expect to pay from it. In this post I will share with the experience of becoming a teacher.
We all teach in different ways in our life on this earth. I am the eldest son of my parents. So I try to teach my younger brothers as an elder son. I teach them how they should live, how they can develop. I am not originally a professional teacher. But my father is a college teacher. So I am also a teacher for my younger brothers. I study them, help them with their homework.
I am a diploma engineer so I give small guidelines to those studying this subject. But I don't teach for a living at the moment. I like it, I want to teach because of that. I love teaching and continue this education to enhance my knowledge. Although I am studying but as a teacher I have a sincere desire to educate my younger brothers by making them study. I give right knowledge to my younger brothers so that they can acquire right knowledge.

Every profession certainly has its own challenges. We must always be ready to face those challenges and solve them to be a teacher. As I have to divide my time for my own work. Return home after studying or working all day. Then when a new task comes up it becomes a challenge. For example, my father is a college teacher. After a few days, he brought his college report card. A few days ago our intermediate exam was completed in Bangladesh. Those exam books are board exam books. The monitoring of which is in the hands of my father. So a few days ago my father brought many exam papers. Then he began to observe the accounts. Accounts must be submitted to the office by December 1.
But the amount of accounts was so much that it was not possible for father to monitor all the accounts. That is why I am asked to observe some exam papers. So I have previously observed the records of students in small classes. I have not observed such a large board account before. So taught me how to monitor accounts. So then for the first time I started to monitor the students' accounts. This was my biggest challenge in teaching life. So I monitor the accounts. For the past few days I have read and observed many accounts and given numbers. It is a big challenge to give numbers by observing the ledger. I have checked and submitted all the accounts before December 1st. This was my very responsible challenge.

As a teacher, the environment is conducive enough for learning to study before you start imparting knowledge. I am always prepared to do this. I ask all my younger brothers and students to sit properly and be quiet so that there is a peaceful atmosphere inside the class and I have complete control over it. Must be able to create a learning environment that helps children learn, learn.
I make sure everything is clean and tidy where the brothers are teaching. We do not scare children and try to keep them in a pleasant environment. Try to embrace them so they feel comfortable with my teaching style. I joke and say funny things to cheer them up. We reward them by organizing small competitions, so that their enthusiasm for education increases. This is how I create a learning environment.
Teaching is a respectable profession. Being a teacher has been my desire and call since my childhood. I promise to be a teacher so that I can learn a lot. I studied engineering line. I have studied many books based on engineering and are now reading. So that I can teach in a big college. I am reading different teacher guides. I watch a variety of guidelines videos to enhance my teaching practice so that my teaching develops. I'm preparing for different jobs, I'm still in the process of being a perfect teacher. This is increasing my professionalism.
Yes, it is true that higher education has become expensive these days. Especially in our Bangladesh more expensive. But we should not be disappointed, because education is a way to change everyone's destiny. So it must be ensured that everyone has the right to higher education on different campuses. In my opinion, schools and colleges should be affordable, because there are many good students who cannot go to good schools due to lack of money, they can make many changes in the country if they get the opportunity to go to school.
But as they did not go, their dreams and aspirations ended. In this situation, the government should improve the education system. Free education should be arranged. In this, all the talented students will get the right education and lead the country towards development. In this case, the government and various sectors, such as the private sector, different companies can provide free training. Vocational training centers can be opened and talented people can enjoy education with scholarship.
Conclusion :
Finally, I would like to say that teaching is the most honorable profession. This teacher gives knowledge to every human being. A responsible teacher has a hand behind every successful man. I respect all teachers. They are our elders. If we respect teachers, in the future we will get enough respect while teaching. I wanted to be a teacher from my childhood. So I continue to study a lot to become a teacher. Thanks for organizing such an important Contest Steem for Bangladesh Community. In this we can get more ideas about the teacher.
