How are you all ? Hope you all will be doing great and having good time with your loved one's. I am also fine by the grace of ALMIGHTY ALLAH.

Today I am here to share a very yummy and delicious recipe of " MUTTON QEEMA BIRYANI ". As everyone know's EID-UL-AZHA has recently passed away and at our homes still its meat in breakfast, meat in lunch and meat in dinner 😃 so today I decided to share a recipe.

As I am not very fond of eating meat all the time, so basically this recipe is result of this 😃 Last night my mother cooked "Alu Keema" but I did not wanted to eat so just took that cooked "Alu Keema" and made Biryani with that. Which turned out to be too much delicious ❤.

For the recipe firstly we will check the ingredients we need in preparation of yummy Biryani.

"All Spices"

SpicesQuantity
Salt1 tbsp
Black Pepper powder1/2 tbsp
Ground Coriander1 tbsp
Cumin seeds1 tbsp
Green Chillies2
Garam MasalaA pinch


Prepration Of Motton Qeema Biryani

Take Oil in a pan let it get hot, then add onions in it and fry them till it turns golden brown.

When onions start turning golden add cumin seeds and fry them with onions till they are golden brown.



When onions a properly fried, add the spices i.e salt, black pepper, dried coriander and green chillies, stir fry for 3-4 minutes then add cooked potato mince (alu keema) and fry for 5 minutes.

Adding Spices and Motton Qeema



When fried Alu Keema then add 2 cup of water in it, cover with a lid on full flame so that water comes to boiling point. When water starts boiling add rice in water.

Cook the rice in water on high flame till all the water gets dry. When the water gets fully dry sprinkle a pinch of Garam Masala on rice and put them on steam for 7-10 minutes. After steam your Pulao is Ready



Ready To Serve

Here your Pulao is ready to serve and eat. Eat and serve it with green chutney, mint Raita and fresh Green Salad. You will just love it.
