Hello steam friends how are you all? good morning, Wishing everyone a rainy rainy morning. Wish me well, I hope everyone is well by the infinite grace of the Creator. Accept my tender love. By the grace of God, I am also well. I pray that Almighty Allah keeps everyone beautiful and healthy.

Today I am going to participate in the competition organized by @solaymann brother in Steam for Bangladesh community. Name of Competition (Victim of Discrimination). How to be a victim of discrimination and how to protect yourself from it today I feel free to tell you through my opinion. Thanks @solaymann bhai for organizing the timely contest.

We understand discrimination. Discrimination refers to differences between people based on group, class or other categories. People are discrI
minated against on the basis of caste, religion, color, age, difference between women and men as well as other categories. Everyone is discriminated against in some work or time. It can happen despite the desire, and many people are victims of discrimination.

I am often discriminated against myself. I was discriminated against in the office, it was age discrimination. I am the youngest of the staff so any work has to be done more. Especially the teaching activities have to participate more. Adults sit and talk. When it comes to holidays, adults get a chance. I have again seen the disparity between the rich and the poor, which is very sad.

Discrimination is a major global problem today. People in the world are constantly being discriminated against for various reasons. Human conflict is identified as one of the causes of strife and conflict in humans. Humans have many internal differences. Race, religion, caste, age, gender, social, political, various aspects of this division continues. In the context of our country gender and religious discrimination are more prevalentAccording to experts, citizens, society and human rights organizations.

I would say to raise public awareness to prevent discrimination. Discrimination is an epidemic crime. Every person should avoid discrimination.
I want the help of the higher authorities so that women do not have to apply more pressure in the workplace. 4 out of 10 women in the country admit discrimination in the workplace and other sectors. 37/40 percent of the total population is regularly discriminated againstFor some reason. The crime of blasphemy should be punishable. I hope that if discrimination is criminalized and punishment is implemented, the rate of discrimination will go down.

We complement each other. We can hardly live without each other. Allah Taala created us in such a way, He did not give us the strength or ability to do all the work alone. So we are waiting for each other on the way of life. You can walk alone if you want, but you will need a companion to walk. We are all on the bottom of everyone, we are on the next floor. People have to come forward and extend a helping hand when people are in danger. People are social creatures and have to live their lives according to the norms of the society. So we depend on each other.

2-Establish yourself as an honorable person in the society, it will be good for yourself and good for others.

3-Don't look down on others, every person is entitled every time in some way.
