SEC-S17W2: "A review of the most special food you've eaten in your life"
There are so many delicious foods in Indonesia, especially typical Acehnese food which has a very delicious taste of authentic Acehnese spices and has been proven to be delicious overseas, here are my favorite authentic Indonesian foods cooked with a mixture of Acehnese spices.
What is the name of the special food?
The name of the food is Indomie Kuah Telor, what makes this food very delicious and really interested in me is because there is a combination of typical Acehnese spices in this Indomie Kuah Telor.
Different from Indomie or Instant Noodles in general, every Indomie that is cooked in Aceh is definitely mixed with Acehnese noodle seasoning which has a very delicious taste, it could even be said that this noodle seasoning from Aceh is the tastiest noodle seasoning in Indonesia, especially since there is the addition of egg. The chicken makes the taste of Indomie Kuah even more delicious and savory.

The most delicious Indomie Telor Gravy that I have eaten is located at the top of Mount Geurutee, what makes the taste of Indomie Telor Gravy here taste even more delicious is that we can enjoy the very beautiful natural view from the Indomie stall here.
The recipe for making Indomie Telor Sauce is very simple, all we need is:
- 3 tablespoons of Acehnese noodle seasoning which we can buy at the market
- 1 pack of Indomie sauce
- 1 chicken egg
How to cook it is also very easy, first we only need to stir-fry the noodle seasoning over low heat until the fragrant smell of the spices comes out, then we immediately pour in a little water according to taste for the noodle soup.
When the water starts to boil then we immediately add the noodles, don't forget we also have to add the egg at the same time as the noodles so that the egg cooks evenly, after 3 minutes of waiting, the noodles are cooked and can be served straight away to enjoy.

What makes this food very special for me is because the way to make this food is very easy and simple, I can eat it anytime and anywhere.
Indomie is also a dynamic food because we can mix it with any toppings, from eggs, seafood, meat and various types of green vegetables. The taste of Indomie soup never disappoints my mouth which makes me put it as my favorite food.
And why would you encourage everyone to eat this food?
What makes me really believe in inviting everyone to try Indomie gravy is because I am sure everyone will like this delicious food, there is no need to doubt the deliciousness of Indomie gravy because it has been proven to be delicious through the export of Indomie to all parts of the world, this is indicates that Indomie is really delicious and you should try it.
