"My Entry: Tell us about your target on steemit platform?"

Setting targets has always been a way of building my blog on this platform
It makes me consistent on the ecosystem because of the set target which drives me towards hitting it in time. Lately, I've made several targets on steemit and I do hit them in time and then start another. This targets drives away feelings of laziness and inconsistency.

It's just like an athlete who wants to run a 200m race in 35 seconds before the actual competition. That's the target he wants to hit and he won't just wait until that day before he start training. He'll practice it consistently until he hits his target and on the D-Day, he'll smash it..

My targets on the steemit platform keeps me on track. Last year, I made a target of hitting 2K SP at the end of the first quarter of this year and I actually did smashed that target 5 days ago. How satisfied I felt!. I'm starting a new challenge next month and my target is to hit 5K SP at the end of the year. I want to end the year, claiming a dolphin.

It would be very easy for me if I do the following.

• Developing strategies to posting on the platform: Developing strategies on how you want to post, how many times in a week, what contents to create and what club to join. Speaking of club, I can't reach 5K SP at the end of this year as a club5050 member. Joining club 100 would help me reach my target in time except I receive maximum support from engagement challenges, only then can I join club 5050 and still hit my target.

• Creating contents is also a determining factor whether it would be possible or not. If I want to reach that far, two posts on a weekly basis won't do the job. I need to be consistent at least, twice a day....

• Joining contests and engagement challenge is also a possible way to hit my target and support do come for users that create quality and exclusive contents.

So with the above, it would be easy to meet my target..

As already mentioned, I'll;

• Participate in engagement challenge and try my best to produce quality posts for support.

• Participating in contests and joining club100 would also serve a great deal.

They actually do make meaningful contributions to meeting my target. Imagine I want to go far in a specified period of time, the club I join will determine how far I'll go on meeting my target. Last year I joined club 5050 and by God's special grace, I was still able to hit my target of 2K SP. This year, joining club 100 will help me hit my target in time.

In conclusion, setting targets on steemit is a vital ingredient to growing and building our blog. It also makes us consistent on the platform. Thanks to the contest host for organizing such a contest with its best fit theme.
