Acknowledging and appreciating hard work not only helps to motivate and encourage the person who has put in the effort, but it also inspires others to strive for their efforts. Let all efforts be seen and valued.

How do you feel when you get an upvote notification from Sc01&Sc02? / If you don't get an upvote from sc01&sc02 how do you feel?

I feel happy and fulfilled. I feel I got the reward for good post/content. I feel so good because it's a feeling that I wrote very well, I gave out original content and I also gave a quality post. The first post I received support from SC01 was in a contest in Steem for Nigeria and I felt so excited because I was a newcomer who just started writing on Steem. According to what we know as a newcomer, it takes time for us to get upvote posts and as such I was not expecting an upvote from SC01.

When I got my first upvote from SC01 other newcomers were asking if I was related to SC01 by blood😂 because they were wondering how it happened so quickly. I was also feeling myself because it makes me feel I have arrived on steam and I'm coming to get the best of it's best. After I got my first upvote from SC01 I began to post even more than before and posts free of plagiarism. I participated in most contests and I was so active.

More often I begin to get support from SC01 and the funny part of it is that I always show the other newcomers who I'm close with. And after a while, they begin to get upvotes too and they also begin to pepper me🤪. It's so much joy when I get support from SC01 because it even encourages me more to be consistent in posting, it encourages me to be more real in my content and today I'm grateful for all the support I have gotten so far and I look forward to getting more support from SC01 as long as I post quality, AI free and plagiarism free contents.

When I don't get an upvote from SC01 I feel I needed to do more and I don't feel entitled at all. Aside from getting an upvote from SC01 as a newcomer I always get support from Sc08 and Sc09 so I feel every support no matter how little it is I appreciate it a lot. So anytime I don't get support from SC01 I get support from Sc08 & 09 and it's a sign that I'm doing well and only needed to put more effort. So in summary I don't feel bad at all when I don't get an upvote from SC01.

What kind of content do you think should be created to get votes from sc01 or sc02?

The kind of content I think should get votes from SC01 is the content that the answer is written solely on the question asked, there are posts where the answers are different from the questions asked and they get support. So I think contents that give straight answers to the question should be appreciated. Also, contents that follow the contest rules should be appreciated. High-quality posts should be appreciated.

SC01 should vote for well-written, informative, and engaging posts. Original posts, proper grammar and spelling, plagiarism plagiarism-free, and users that respect other users and posts that promote community engagement. With all this mentioned I believe we would be expecting more changes from the office of SC01.

This is the review of the the post Sc01 have upvoted for me. This means alot to me and its just like my dream of becoming financially outstanding is coming to fullfillment. I always appreciate my superiors for their help amd encouragment. I remeber @bossj always telling me not to give, to be consistent and be origainal and as time goes by i realize only consistency and been original can help me as a steemian.

With this I'm ready to put more efforts, and be more consistent like never before. I will spend more time to add to tge betterment of this playform with my origainal contents, with my engagment with other users and with mu participation in contests.

In conclusion

Consistency is the key to being successful in Steemit. Be encouraged to support others as often as you want to be supported. Engage with other users too and trust me you will be recognized.
