Is really nice that yam porridge is you favourite meal, I also like eating yam, but it not my best food.
You write amazingly, with your post I can see that yam has a lot of benefits, like you said yam porridge is rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber, promoting digestive health, boosting immunity, and supporting overall well-being. To get more from other classes of food you could add vegetables, meat, fish and oats to your taste.
