business activities in the holy month of Ramadan

How are you all? I hope you are all healthy and young and blessed, a day full of grace for all of us, and it is an honor to be able to share again in the @steemitphilippines community which has brought my name soaring high and boosting my appreciation.
And today I will post my business activities on Thursday April 6 2023, as a businessman I know very well about the conditions and economic situation of the community, and I have to adapt to the current situation to advance my business.
As is the case now, the people in my area are fasting for Ramadan, and they are experiencing a season of lack of money because their rice cannot yet be harvested, so I have to adjust the need for medicines which will be needed a lot during the fasting month and the prices are relatively cheap.
At 14:00 I warmed up the motorbike and prepared the necessary goods before leaving for the place of business.
After everything was ready, I started to go to my place of business which is in Alue Ie Puteh, Baktiya sub-district, North Aceh district.
When I arrived at the place of business, as usual I opened the door after that I tidied it up, swept and wiped the tables, it was a routine before I served patients.
After everything was done, I waited for the patient to come to my place for treatment.
The weather outside was very hot making my business a bit quiet, maybe they (patients) were waiting for the afternoon to come, because in the afternoon the sun was starting to get dimmer.
And at 4:15 p.m. a patient came with a child who had a fever and flu, then I examined him and did an anamnesis after that I mixed the milled medicine
After I milled it then I wrapped it in special paper and combined it with syrup, then I gave it to the patient and I also told him how to use this medicine and the dosage, as well as the restrictions.
Because the weather is getting cold, patients have started arriving for treatment, and now I have a patient changing the bandage after I was circumcised yesterday

He came with his father, then I invited them in and then I told him to sleep on the bed where the patient was examined, then I opened the old bandages and cleaned his genitals and put on betadine after that I covered it with a new bandage.
After finishing changing the bandages, I gave him oral medication, such as painkillers and antibiotics so that his wound would heal quickly, after which he said goodbye.
There is a slight difference in the schedule for opening my health services during the holy month of Ramadan, here is the schedule table:
