The Diary Game || Sinigang Sa Kamias na Tilapia ||

It's me again my dear Stemmians, I wished you a happy Wednesday. Four days left before Christmas.
Nakapamili na ba ang lahat? Mga regalo, pamasko at pang handa. Ako poy walang sagot sa sarili kung tanung dahil hanggang ngayon ay wala pa rin. Pero ganun man ay nanatiling positibo ang aking pananaw sa nalalapit na kapaskuhan. Dahil hindi lamang ito patungkol sa mga matertyal na bagay o masasarap na pagkain. Sabi ng aking ina ito ay kaarawan ni Jesus at ang tatlong hari ay simbolo ng bigayan. Kaya isantabi muna natin ang alalahanin at problema dahil laging may pag asa para sating lahat.

My topic for today is food a simple kind of dish that my fellow countryman are sure familiar with. And it made my Ria's tummy very happy

Early this lunch I told Ria to help me cooked this sour soup fish with kamias. I took a photo of her to be my model for today.

The ingredients needed are on the photos and all are fresh the tilapia, living in this kind of place has a lot of advantage and disadvantages. Our place offer a lot of fresh staff if you are a hard working person you won't get hungry. You can sell if you have a lot of spare and before I loved blogging I was a fish seller and my husband is of course my fisherman. The kamias just freshly picked from the trees on the road.

In a pot put the onion, ginger, tomatoes and water wait for it to boil. Then put the kamias and fish add some fish sauce and seasonings let it boil again before you taste and find whats missing. And your all done it's easy as that.

Ria and I eat lunch together because her elder siblings are on their grandparents house. She really enjoys the soup and tilapia specially when I dip it some fish sauce. She even asked for another spoon of rice, kids really love to eat specially when there is soup.
Looking her smile and contentment is all worth my hardwork and she is my strength. Hope I made you hungry with my today's recipe.
