The Diary Game Season 3|A Day of Giving Happiness to the Kids

Today is one of my best Saturdays of the year. I have wish to involve in this activity for a long time , now it happened.
Our women's group comes up to agree on this. Even if we came from different churches we gather to act a simple charity activity to this kids almost of almost 40 children in Sitio Atabay , Agus , Lapulapu City.

God bless this little children , so they may grow in His presence and love.
And to share how this event was done through , allow me to share this humble effort with God's provision.

Preparations
Prior to the activity , me and my husband collect some toys from our nephews and nieces who have piles and boxes of toys in their homes. So we collected some of it for the prizes.

Then added to the "chicken sopas" that the women prepared I bought 50 small packs of rosquillos biscuits. So these little kids will munch on something to pair with the chicken porridge. And made juice for them to drink.

By 5 in the early morning we prepared ourselves, just a cup of coffee, milk and some hot pandesal made our breakfast. To involve my two sons we brought them with us.

Then by 7:45 we headed to the venue. I never expected that the kids in the place are almost 40 in number . From 1 year old to about 10 years old attended and in their eyes were the excitement and curiosity.

Activity Proper
Feeding the Spirit and Mind
We started with welcome songs worshipping the Lord together with the kids.Then sharing simple verses and some stories from the Bible. Our men members are also there to support and help us.

Feeding the Body
Food is the best bait to lure a prey. But I believe we are not predators of course. Jesus feeds everyone in the Bible. As he shared his love he feeds the physical aspect also and used simple resources from humble people. Naturally , every living thing look on food. As humans there is no rich or poor who can resist even a piece of bread when hunger calls.

Shared and Stored
This is a fruitful experience. Blessings are shared with a grateful heart. What we can give and share does not matter anymore. Those smiling innocent faces of the kids are more than a blessing that lightens our soul.
They cannot store what we shared. But when they grow, something will be stored in their hearts, that God is fair to give His grace to every human being regardless of who we are.
