MISSION CONVENTION LANAO DISTRICT COUNCIL

        On November 30, 2021, all the believers were feeling overwhelm and reunited in the Mission Convention Lanao District Council with the theme “Be a Part of the Endtime Harvest”. The venue of the event is in the Jesus Christ the King Assembly of God Church Tu-od, Manticao, Misamis Oriental. Rev. Eddison C. Jaudian the Section 3 Mission Representative to be the speaker and the host Pastor of Assembly of God Tu-od the lecturer Rev. Emiliano V. Villagracia Jr.
         The program started with one spirit and lively welcome by the host all the churches and pastors from different sections followed by the fellowship song where all the believers are shaking their hands towards others and then the opening prayer. As the program went on, everyone was being amazed be the testimony of a person who has been healed from goiter. He testified how God is great and amazing when he suffered an illness. Jeremiah 33:3 “3 ‘Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.” While he suffered such illness, he never stop proclaiming this promise of God and then offered an inspirational song to everyone.
       We are created to praise and worship God said the host. She challenged everyone to give their best through their singing and dancing for God in praise and worship. Indeed, it was beyond measured the works of the Holy Spirit among in each lives. Hence, they were crying and the others were unintentionally out of their balance in which they can’t fathomed of being longing and thirst in the presence of God in the midst of them. After the praise and worship, it was really worth the cries and tears which everyone filled the Holy Spirit.
       Rev. Eddison C. Jaudian started to preach regarding the theme “Be a part of endtime harvest.” He quoted the theme from the book of John 4:34-38 34 “My food,” said Jesus, “is to do the will of him who sent me and to finish his work. 35 Don’t you have a saying, ‘It’s still four months until harvest’? I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest. 36 Even now the one who reaps draws a wage and harvests a crop for eternal life, so that the sower and the reaper may be glad together. 37 Thus the saying ‘One sows and another reaps’ is true. 38 I sent you to reap what you have not worked for. Others have done the hard work, and you have reaped the benefits of their labor.” Through this Word, he challenged everyone to do something for God because God is expecting you to be compassionate to the lost. He stated that there are many people who still not save and the saves must do something to them. The followers of Christ is willing to take the risk for God regardless of today’s happenings because God promise for those who are willing to work for Him that all the hardworks and labors are not in vain. The words inspire for all the believers to be answer and hope for those who feared and having an anxiety people. After the word, the lecturer followed by Rev. Emiliano V. Villagracia Jr. he also challenged all the followers of Christ to pray for the harvesters who are passionate, skillful, industrious, and diligent to do God’s work to become effective nowadays. 
      After the lunch, the program continued at exactly one o’clock in the afternoon and it began with the dance contest from the different churches. The performances broke the silence of the crowd in which everyone witnessed the how talented the children of God. Among the participants only one won the contest.
      The Mission Convention Lanao District made all the involved become one and harmonious fellowship. It equipped all the followers of Christ from fears and anxiety to be used by God brought by the pandemic. The program ended with having bright smile on the faces of every who participated and hope.
