They sell people whose lives are spent. I will share one of my recipes.
Bengali tea does not go well with 'ta'. And this 'ta' is Chhola Bhuna, Puri, Singara, Potato Chop, Samucha, Beguni, Piyaji and Pakora from the neighborhood shop. Deep fried these are fun to eat, but most restaurants fry them in cheap palm oil in a dirty environment. So it is not enough to play, you have to pay attention to the damage to health.
On the other hand, fried foods are high in calories. As a result, the outer part of the food loses its moisture and absorbs the oil inside. Frying oil contains trans fat, which increases LDL levels in the body. LDL or 'low-density lipoprotein' is known as the bad cholesterol. Due to which blockage of the arteries increases the risk of heart disease.

✅01)-The ingredients?
Even in winter or summer, the smoke of making heavy pitha falls in everyone's house. And guests at home mean the joy of eating Puli Pitha. Although this pita can be made in two ways. Many eat Puli Pitha soaked in juice. But I like fried very much
Which is called dudh puli. Many people like to eat crispy fried puli. Let's find out today the easy recipe of Mochamche Bhaja Puli Pitha-

Materials

  • 1. One and a half cup grated coconut
  • 2. Sugar half a cup
  • 3. Cardamom is one
  • 4. Cinnamon 2 pieces
  • 5. Rice powder 1 cup
  • 6. Half a cup of flour
  • 7. Oil for frying

Add coconut, sugar, cinnamon and cardamom in a pan and stir over low heat. When the sugar melts and turns thick, turn off the stove and let it cool. Now boil one and a half cups of water and 1 teaspoon of salt in another vessel.

Mix rice powder and flour and cover with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes. Then mix well and let it cool. Make a soft dough with your hands. If necessary, you can mix it with cold water and drink it.
Divide the yeast into two parts and cut it into small pieces with a knife. Now take the pieces and shape them into balls and flatten them with your hands and close them with some coconut filling.Then press it with both hands and take the shape of pitha. At this point, you can store it in a zip-lock bag in the refrigerator. Again heat a pan with enough oil on medium flame.

When the oil becomes slightly hot, continue to fry the pita on a low flame. When done to one side, flip over. Fry until brown on both sides. When done take it off and keep it on tissue paper and serve it cool. I am providing my picture with the food.

Pulipita taste is very famous which we have in various haat bazaar or road side. Talking about its taste. It has a salty and lentil flavor. It is popular in all street stalls in Sri Lanka and any street stall sells this paripu weed. I prepare them at home and taste test them. And its taste can be mastered by playing with onions. So this dish is very famous in Sri Lanka.
