Oh wow! I have never heard about Isha Yoga Center.
You have shared some great information not only on the temple but on yoga itself. It is a beautiful place.
Attending one of the lase shows must be something that you will never forget.
Yoga in South Africa is still not huge but you do get some yoga retreats all over the country.
