Hello steemians.How are you all doing.We are here again on another episode of talking about ones health.Our health is the most important we must always make sure to keep of.Falling sick will only lead to bad omen for one.They say "cleanliness is next godliness".How do you make sure you are always health?
Going for check up once in a while do helps a lot as you will be able to know if you need medical attention or not.
Exercise to help you keep fit.
Watching your intakes either food or drinks.
When can we say that a person is an alcoholic? Give reasons for your answer! |

We can say a person is alcoholic when we see the way they behave.Actions speaks than words.Too much intake of such a person will lead the person in misbehaving and exhibiting some character in an abnormal way.In the sense that,he/she may start talking gibberish, walking in an unpleasant way,and then stigmatization start to occur.No one will like to associate with such a being.Infact,such ACT could lead to something else if not careful.

In my own point of view,it is a drug because there are substances that is mixed in it that can't be seen to the extent one just got drunked.If it isn't a drug,then one should act in a normal way even if you have taken a lot of it.But NO,there are some alcohol that if you take a sip,you can get drunk easily.So,it is a drug.

And that is when you have gotten addicted to it,it could affect your health physically,mentally and psychologically.You could contact a contagious disease from it and when you later realized it is harmful,it would have been to late to check out.For one not to blame themselves and regret later,one should refrain from it.So,one should limit the way one drink it.A minimum and not maximum.

Not all drinker are considered an alcoholic.Some limits their intake while some don't even bother if their actions later end up very bad.And then most youth engage in drinking habit untill they get addicted.

Alcohol has a two side{good and bad} in ones life.You thinking you are enjoying your life,at the same time remember your health too.Although,it isn't that we shouldn't take it but be careful of the intakes.....

Hi @zainabdosunmu1, alcohol is a double-edged sword, it is a drink that can become addictive, so it is up to us to keep ourselves in check.
Alcoholics lose control when walking, talking and acting, some become very aggressive with others and even family members.
When you are an alcoholic and do not accept your condition it can lead your life into danger in terms of health.

You've struck the nail by the head with your choice of words in this contest. It's no doubt true that alcohol has a lot of influence like drugs. Too much of everything is a disease and this can be practical when you take in alcohol as daily food. It's true that alcohol is very good in treatment of some illness but that isn't a guarantee we must take it excessively. Let me ask a frank question.
What if you're with your cliques and all of them are drinking a bottle of beer, would you also love to give it a try?
Your thoughts are similar to me as I also think like you. It is a drug and is very harmful for our health. We loose our controls and sense too.
