According to my researchers about the mechanisms and processing behind aging and getting old. However, it is highly accepted that damage to genetic material, tissue and cell that accumulates with age and cannot be repaired or replace by the body is the cause of the loss of function associated with ageing. This tissue, and cell can replace or repair in young and healthy body and does not repair in old body. It actually start. aging from this reason.

👩 Are you afraid of becoming older and if yes then what are the challanges of aging that are making you afraid from getting older?

No I am not afraid of getting old because everyone is going to be aging one day either it is happy or not. No one will remain young for his whole life. It is naturally occur in every body. Every body would pass in these changes. It better to do some antiaging exercise instead of saying that I am getting older.
But one thing that a person become afraid from getting old is that we are become very weak and become sick. That make fear on evey human.

👩 Write any three nutritional items that can preventing aging?

It have alote of nutrients items that can help for preventing aging. some of them are below.

Avocados.

Avocados are the most delicious fruit with alote of nutrients.. Avocados are high in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats that can nourish your skin and prevent your face from dryness.
It is also contain and full of of vitamins A, B, C, E, and K which helps and keeps your skin to glow and look younger.

Nuts.

Nuts are full with various nutrients such as essential oils, vitamin E, proteins, minerals, and antioxidants. Almonds and walnuts are full of vitamin E which are very helpful to protect and keep your skin from the UV rays of the sun. Which help you to look younger.

Fatty Fish.

Fatty fishes like salmon, mackerel, tuna are fully contain of omega-3 fatty acids which are essential and for glowing skin. These fats are also crucial to moisturize your skin and lowers the skin disease. It play a big role to keep your skin fresh and health, and to look younger.

Running.

The running are some of the best forms of exercise that helps with blood circulation, gradually builds over time stamina , and strengthens leg muscles which are essential for proper posture position. These exercise will help you to look young and prevent aging.

Swimming.

Swimming have a great resistance exercise, basically, every stroke is like weightlifting for water. It stimulates major and main muscle of the body groups while moving shoulders, as well as improves core muscle strength around the stomach area which helps you look less sagging overall. It is the best exercise to prevent you from aging.
