Hello to all the members of #Healthysteem I hope that everyone is living a healthy wealthy happy life . Health is precious gift for all of us from God.Being healthy is not less than blessing.Today I would live to participate in this informative contest Hereditary Diseases which is organized by @hive-168025

Hereditary diseases are those diseases that are inherited from parents to children through genes. Just like traits like hair color eyes color some habits etc are inherited from.parents to children there are also some diseases as well which are inherited and keep transmitting from generation to generation.

Yes i know there a lot of diseases which are Hereditary and keep moving forward from generations to generations .Some of the most common hereditary diseases are diabetes,Down syndrome,breast cancer etc these are just few of them which are most common .These diseases are transferred through genes.It is good to be always aware of the family medical history.

Diabetes is the disease that has been triggered in our family and there are 4 patients of diabetes in our family .Three of them has been passed away. My grandmother and grandfather was the patient of diabetes and then his two son are the patient of diabetes one of them has passed away.Diabetes is so common hereditary disease every other person in families are the patient of diabetes.Diabetes can be very dangerous it can lead to other big diseases in a human body which can lead to death. Excessive use of sugar and genetic factors can be it's caused.

I am not a patient of any of these disease with the grace of God. But as i am aware of my families medical history and i know that diabetes is a common Disease in our family and passing from generations so i always try to avoid those habits which can become a cause of this disease in me I won't use sugar excessively and i always try to use sugar in moderation. To save my self Everyone should be careful about hereditary diseases.

Unfortunately not hereditary diseases can not be completely cured because they are transferred through genes from the birth. So it is hard to completely vanish them from a family but they can be managed through medical treatment and can be cured through proper treatment but not completely finished from a family and can be controlled to minimize the symptoms..
