Aging is an age when we no longer look as beautiful, handsome and strong as we did when we were younger. Usually, the normal age of aging is obvious when we are in our 40s, when our skin starts to wrinkle and our body weakens. Slowly, it will be followed by gray hair.

As a human being who must always be grateful, I am never afraid of getting old because it is indeed destiny and we cannot refuse it, the destiny to become an old person will happen to everyone unless the person has died before the time is old. Inevitably everyone will face old age if they have a long life. When entering old age many people are afraid because they are weak and unable to do anything by themselves, usually at that time they only expect pity from their children. When they are old, many people are afraid because they are in a lot of pain from muscles to bones.

There are many ways to prevent premature aging, such as consuming healthy foods and having lots of vitamins. When we want to look young, we should exercise a lot and consume vitamin b complex. These vitamins make our skin fresh and look young even though age has entered the aging period. These vitamins are found in nuts, fresh meat, vegetables and fruits.

Here are 3 nutrients that can prevent aging:

Someone enjoying foods rich in vitamin A is easily found in foods that contain carotenoid nutrients which are commonly found in carrots, tomatoes, and pumpkin and many other fruits.

  • Consume foods that contain lots of vitamin B complex
    We all should know that vitamin B complex is very beneficial for the human body, where this vitamin will regenerate the skin and will certainly slow down aging. If we want to find this vitamin, then it is very easy, he is found in many seeds, vegetables, fruits and meat and many others.

Usually people do exercise routines to look fresher and look young all the time, they generally do morning runs and do light exercise activities such as leisurely walks and so on. All that they do for their body fitness, even though they are old.

Here are 3 simple exercises that will prevent aging.

  • Walking
    Walking is an activity that is very easy to do. Please note that regular walking is very beneficial for health, because it will improve heart health in a person's body, and will stabilize body weight, and can also make the mood in the heart better.

  • Gymnastics
    Gymnastics is one of the many types of exercise that can certainly prevent premature aging.

  • Swimming
    Swimming is a physical activity that is certainly not too heavy for one's body because it can be done for all ages. Swimming will also improve one's heart health, and increase flexibility.

Hey @walictd, how are you doing today? I just finished reading your entry and I agree with you. Life is a cycle, and it consist of the periods of young and old age. It is inevitable to move from young to old and it is needless to spend time being scared of getting older whereas everyone can simply prepare their minds to ease the process and make it a little more comfortable and reduce the progression of aging. Vitamins are are very necessary during aging to slow down the process by providing minerals in the body that is short in production.
Walking is a universal exercise for all, and recommended always by physical therapist. Swimming in a way is also a cardiovascular exercise, this it is helpful in combating aging.
