Hey @walictd, how are you doing today? I just finished reading your entry and I agree with you. Life is a cycle, and it consist of the periods of young and old age. It is inevitable to move from young to old and it is needless to spend time being scared of getting older whereas everyone can simply prepare their minds to ease the process and make it a little more comfortable and reduce the progression of aging. Vitamins are are very necessary during aging to slow down the process by providing minerals in the body that is short in production.
Walking is a universal exercise for all, and recommended always by physical therapist. Swimming in a way is also a cardiovascular exercise, this it is helpful in combating aging.
