A very big yes I believe that foods that we eat has medicinal value in our body, we eat food that helps our body to be strong and healthy each of the foods that we eat contributes to the growth and development of our body and all of human efforts in life ends in our stomach our hustle and fight is to put food in our table and to stay healthy and happiness without proper feeding you can't have a healthy life to fight and start strong to face the world

As a mother I know the importance of food to the life of my children and the people around me preparing a delicious meal that builds their body systems and Bones that help their immune system and capillaries to reproduce and send perfect information to their brain eating Good foods is a medicine that cleanses our heart from many disease eating good food fight against the blood pressure cancer among others the vitamins and nutrition that will take in the food that we eat her in rebuilding and rebooting our brain every day without profile pleading with where we standing

And that is why we keep eating day in and day out feeding is very essential to humanity.

  • water

  • carbohydrates

  • fruits

  • protein

  • vegetable

the water that we drink is essential to life as scientists have made it known to us that we cannot survive without water but we can starve ourselves of other's food around us but we can't escape the test of water what are they say that has the largest part in our body it helps in regulating our systems what is help our kidney to stay healthy and it helps in digestion by flourishing out all the waste products and without water you can't stool properly water is very paramount in our body

  • Carbohydrates

on the other hand, helps supply our body with energy so without food in your body you can't stay healthy because you will not have an energy supply and a blood regulator that will help your metabolism on normal ground sometimes people embark on fasting and prayer because they have decided to communicate with God through starvation but normally if you are carrying out your normal activity without food you will not be having the energy to carry out your business assignment and other available contracts.

  • Fruit

is very important to our life because it helps in fighting many diseases that we can imagine cancer diabetes sugar, we have various types of foods that prevent our body from contacting some disease that seems uncurable and that is why doctors advise that we should take fruits every day at most because it keeps our body feet is supply our skin and body system it helps our body to stay glooming and for the pregnant women is very paramount it helps the child from the womb and protects them from contacting an infection all these fruits serve as medicine to our body on daily basis

  • protein

protein plays Vita rules in our body and is the master of them all because it helps our body system to balance equations when it comes to proper feeding protein helps our body's reproduction system builds our metabolism to function well and also helps in our body system protein supply in our body help our enzymes to guild and function well they're responsible for the production of Bones

  • vegetable

Vegetables are one of the best sources of minerals and nutritional value in our body eating vegetables helps improve our health by fighting some diseases such as cancer and diabetes and scientists made us understand that eating vegetables helps improve our mental health

How can we use food in our daily lives to keep healthy?

Eating this diet helps our body to function well to carry out our daily activities eating breakfast in the morning helps you to stay healthy and focused to think about your next action of the day and eating your lunch helps you to activate your system for the remaining activity of the day and your dinner help you to retire to bed healthy and it helps in rebuilding your tiredness bone retriever of energy and a healthy walking up so food is very paramount to the daily activities we live healthy when we fed well.

Do you think it's important for schools to teach about how food can be like medicine for our bodies? Why?

Yes it should be included in their curriculum because a child who comes to school without breakfast cannot function well in school function a child who eats healthy food before coming to school they always active and very attentive in class and any information that he receives from the teaching can stick to his brain for a feature development

As a teacher that I am, I have come in contact with different behaviors in the classroom some students come to school with good feeding in their stomachs and some come to school without anything in their stomachs and these two people can never be active the same way so school should includes food as a medicine to their curriculum to give awareness to the children and also the information can reach home to their parents because what's a child has been taught of what is right to do he always activate such function before coming down to school

Just like his assignment given to him to perform at home if I has been taught about feeding properly before coming to the school environment definitely, he will be cautioned to eat food before attending the class so I agree with the idea of teaching food as a medicine to the school
