A popular Xmas song rings "tis the season to be jolly". Christmas worldwide has always been known to be filled with festivities and lots of jollification. This includes dates, lots of meals and meal sharing.

However, as steemians who consider our healths and intending to take good care of our body, they are a few things we need to consider, and one of such is the health of our stomach.

Stomach aches can be so painful and heart wrenching at such we want to do everything to avoid them. Thanks to @healthysteem today we will learn about Christmas and our health. Let's do so with the following guide questions.

Question 1:
What are the Christmas dishes in your country?

Ahhh, just the thought of this question feels my nostrils with so many aromas, as we have lots of dishes during the Christmas period and this varies from state to state.

In my state during the Christmas period, we have lots of varieties, but most popular amongst them is the Rice and stew garnished with chicken or any other suitable protein.

Others includes:

  • White soup
  • Fried rice
  • Pepper soup and a host of others.
Question 2:
How could I take care of my intestine when eating these foods?

Thought there's so much to eat, remember your intestine and stomach also have a whole lot to digest.

During this period many risk suffering from

  • indigestion
  • Constipation
  • Stomach ache and many other illnesses.

To make sure our intestines are okay during this period we should;

  • Eat wholesome and nutritious meals

  • Avoid overeating as this will do no good to the stomach and intestines.

  • Ensure to drink adequate water after each meal

  • Remember your allergies and keep away from meals that triggers it.

  • Do not eat heavy meals at night.

  • Take in lots of fruits and vegetables.

  • Don't neglect your exercise

  • See a doctor should you have any issues with your intestines.

Question 3:
Will you stop exercising because it's Christmas?

Stop exercising during Christmas? That's absurd

My health is important all year round regardless of the celebration or festivity involved. Especially during the Christmas season, I need to exercise regularly so as to;

  • Keep my heart healthy: A lot of oils are not chorestrol free and at such, I can ensure to have a good hert by regular exercises.

  • Keep my tone and shape: It's bad to get obessed after the Christmas celebration, hence my exercise comes in handy.

  • Exercise helps me remain active and agile.

This and many more are the benefits of exercise during the yuletide season

Conclusion

You've done excellently well.
I so much enjoy it especially in the aspect of the consequences of eating because it's Xmas without consideration.

At all time and not necessarily be Xmas alone, we should always be aware and acknowledge what we take in as food. It's effect on our body and rest and certainly seeing a medical agent if we feel shaky.

para eso debemos siempre escuchar lo que dice nuestro cuerpo, recuerdo algo que me dijeron este año fue: tu cuerpo te dirá hasta donde comer. Y tiene bastante razón, porque a veces comemos con los ojos creyendo que podemos satisfacer nuestro apetito con mucha comida, cuando no es así.
