Healthy Recipe Challenge : week 2

Myself, @tanjila-akter. I am from #bangladesh. Hi everyone in this community! Please accept my appreciation for arranging such a wonderful cooking challenge. And a special greeting to the Healthy Steem community. I am happy to be part of this creative challenge.

Today I am going to share with you a healthy pasta with chicken and a special red chili sauce(This sauce is made by me). It is really delicious and good for snacks, and you can eat whenever you want.

Ingredients
  • Salt
  • Dry red chili
  • Onion
  • Spices (turmeric, chili powder, coriander, ginger, garlic, and cumin)
  • Oil
  • Pasta
  • boiled Chicken
  • Corn flour
  • Sugar
Step-1( special red chili sauce)

At first, we have to use fresh, dry red chili. Because it makes the sauce so spicy and tasty.
Then we have to make red dry chili into chili powder, like in the picture below.
Step-2 ( special red chili sauce)
  • Then we collect sugar, corn flour, salt, garlic, and step 1 powder of red chili.
  • After that, we put it in the pan. and mix it with water.
  • For red color, we use a natural red tomato blender.

At last, we have to fry it on the stove. Its smell is so tasty.
Finally, the special red chili sauce looks like the picture below. It's the secret item that makes my pasta more delicious.

Step-4

Now, we have to use fresh, boiled chicken meat and turmeric powder. Because it makes the sauce so spicy and tasty.
After that, we have to boil the pasta, and this item can be easily obtained from any supermarket.

Step-5 (The Final Step)

  • Here we have to mix boiled chicken and boiled pasta with some oil. Then it was put on the stove using a pan. Then we have to mix the special red chili sauce.

What are the nutrients in that meal?

For these sacks, if we take 100 grams per ingredient, I can give you the nutritional value in approximate terms Likes:

  • Vitamin A: 20%
  • Vitamin C: 15%
  • Calcium: 4%
  • Iron: 19%
  • Potassium: 19%
  • Fat: 23%

This type of protein and fat are available in my recipe. It is a great resource for weight gain. And it is home-made, so it's much more beneficial for health from the outside. It is a good source of antioxidants, calcium, and vitamins.

Please tell its calorie count
100 grams of boiled pasta:
  • Calories: 160 kcal
  • Fat: 1 g
  • Protein: 5 g
  • Carbohydrates: 31 g
  • Fiber: 2 g
100 grams of boiled chicken:
  • Calories: 165 kcal
  • Fat: 3 g
  • Protein: 25 g
  • Carbohydrates: 1 g







Then the mixer of boiled pasta and boiled chicken with a special red chili sauce adds 345 calories. It's an interesting snack, and locally in my country, it costs around 120 to 250 taka. In steem currency, it costs around (5 to 10 steem)
