Here I will tell you about my healthy lifestyle and introduce how I healthily lead my lifestyle.

• Your diet

As for food, I think that whatever we eat, if it is nutritious, is very good for our body, and it also makes our mind very good.

I try to be tension-free all the time to relax because a person can't do anything well if he is in tension all the time, so I try to keep myself tension-free as much as I can so I feel good all the time.

• The pain or tiredness you felt, etc.

I did not spend the day lazing around. I try to keep myself busy throughout the day so I don't feel too sick or sore and if I'm tired I give myself eight hours of sleep to keep me fresh.
