👩What is the medical process behind aging and at what age does it actually start?
Aging is a natural process. Every person has to go through this stage of life according to his own time. Aging refers to the physical changes that occur during life. In every moment of life a person grows, develops and attains maturity.

Age related changes like graying of hair, wrinkling of skin and loss of physical strength. Aging is a biological process that begins at conception and ends with death.

Although the beginning of old age starts from the age of 30, but in most of the countries the age of 60 years is considered as the retirement age and it is called the beginning of old age from there. But nowadays it is not necessary that a man becomes old at the age of 60. I have not considered myself old yet.

👩Are you afraid of getting old and if yes, what are the challenges of aging that are making you afraid of getting old?

I think no person in the world would want to grow old, yes I am also afraid of growing old, but who can stop time, when time comes we keep growing old, many people celebrate their birthday. And they say that today they have become one year older but if the opposite happens then one more year of their life gets wasted.

Actually, there are many challenges of aging like at this age a person is not able to adopt the lifestyle of his choice, is not able to consume the drinks and food of his choice.
He cannot move around as per his wish, his physical disabilities and weaknesses become shackles to his feet.

As we age and fall ill, we start neglecting ourselves and have to depend on others for our work. The new generation dislikes the company of old people. And there are many reasons why no one wants to grow old.

👩Write any three nutrients which can prevent ageing?

1- Water also plays the role of a nutrient as we age, as we age, we may be more prone to dehydration because our thirst is not as intense, so we are more likely to develop urinary tract infections, constipation. The risk of diabetes is high and to avoid confusion, one should drink water regularly even without need. It also improves our digestion process.

2- As we age, our stomach produces less gastric acid which reduces the absorption of vitamin B12. This vitamin is essential to help keep the blood and nerves healthy.

This is why supplements may be necessary for adults so we should take B12 in some form regularly.

3- As we age, our skin becomes less able to synthesize vitamin D, and this becomes even more so if we are obese and have limited sun exposure. Some foods that naturally contain vitamin D include fatty fish (salmon), liver, sun-exposed mushrooms, milk, and orange juice.
Nowadays, Vitamin D sachets are also available in the market which can be used on the advice of doctors.

👩Write any three exercises which can make you look young even at an older age?

We all get sick prematurely because of our poor posture, whether we spend all day slouched in our desk chair or slouched on the couch, and doing so can wreak havoc on our bodies over time. Our body cannot improve by remaining bent, we need to remain bent more. "The really important thing is to keep the spine straight."

Practicing back extensions and scapula contractions throughout the day is an easy way to help straighten and lengthen the spine. We should sit on a chair keeping our knees, ankles and hips in a straight line. Press your elbows straight into the back of the chair, keeping a 90-degree angle at your elbows.

Our breathing is very important to the core. You have deep internal core muscles that are attached to our spine. When they are strong, we will not have lower back pain etc."

We have to place our fingers around our ribs, inhale through our nose and spread our lower ribs, then exhale forcefully through our mouth. Many yoga gurus in our country teach how to develop the respiratory system.

Light jumping done regularly enhances our physical health. This may be difficult to do due to the increasing effects of age, but it is possible if done regularly and consistently.

I do dislike the changes and challenges, but I accept it as one inevitable process and just prepare my mind for it. You are very right to suggest water and vitamins as measures to prevent or combat aging. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us in this beautiful article
