Assalam o alaikum friends I hope all of you good by the grace of almighty Allah I am also fine alhudulliah today I want to share my participation post in last week of season 16 in engagement challenge in #healthysteem community with very interesting topic about The science of Aging

👩 What is the medical process behind aging and from which age it actually starts?

We all knew very Friends aging is a natural phenomena the life cycle of living organisms had basic three stages of life and the last one is again,in first stages by repoduction new new once born . Each multicellular organism first born then by the passage of time become you he , adult then old , Aging can be defined as the time-related deterioration of the physiological functions necessary for survival and fertility.

Many reaches and biologists would deny that aging is part of the genetic repertoire of an animal. Rather, they would consider aging to be the default state occurring after the animal has fulfilled the requirements of natural selection.

👩 Are you afraid of becoming older and if yes then what are the challanges of aging that are making you afraid from getting older?

Well I don't think so any one who like to become old and week ever but it's a natural phenomena and everyone who ever stopped that but some healthy way you just delay Yes honestly speaking I am afraid of getting older but it's reality if you aging is must for everyone and we cannot stay young for lifetime .

The mechanism of our body is gradually As I'm saying that with the passage of time and with the age human body metabolism start to slow down so there are different issues related to human body biological functions arise and muscular skeletal issues ,old age people that they complain joint pain ,eye sight and hearing issues mainly .

The truth is that the wrinkles on faces looking really ugly due to age factor the skin Culligan getting lose I never liked that but it's fact if almighty gives me long age it would happen as for all .The hair loss , dental problem,body pain,lack of energy in body I always prays to God lived me ony feet and died with out any disabilities.

Friends Willam Shakespeare written in his novel the world is stage and we all are actors in different stages of our life according to age we plays as child hood role ,then younger age ,merry with made family and at last old age then death end of our drama .

👩 Write any three nutritional items that can preventing aging?

There are many nutritional food that's prevent again commonly used in all of us ,in my country sun light is a free treatment for aging for all Stay out of the sun. While it's true that the sun isn't the only factor in the overall appearance of your skin also good for bone strength due to vitamin D play great role in bones power and good for back bone .

  • The water plays also very important role against Aging so drink plenty of water actually human body consist of 75 % water , enough water helpful in all mechanism of our body in right way in olden ages blood pressure and heart attack risk increase due to thicken blood so keep at least 8 glass per days for away risk of these deasese.

  • Eat fresh healthy nutritional fruit and vegetables., specially green leafy vegetables having a lot of fiber and minerals and easy to digest.Enough sleeping and last but not least establish a good routine and caffeine's intake minimize in daily routine.

Daily Walk

Unfortunately our bad life style no physical activities moved us on obousity and weight gain and it's a mother of all deasese so keep active physically daily walk made your fit and smart for long time and increase your stamina,Walk is one of the most important aerobic exercise in which you get fresh oxygen and good for mantel health everyday leave good effects on your mood as well.

Light exercise,yoga or Strengthening

The best way of delaying aging is that accept Medication with yoga poses makes you fit and hit .Strengthening is one of the best type of body shaping and maintaining good stemna helpful in more badly strength.

Think Positive be optimistic

The best way you get long life like a younger energetic lady/gentle man for that always keep smiling and laughing,see brighter side of life thankful on that thing added in your life by the grace of almighty Allah and hark hard never fare if failure the success will be yours one day .

Hello dear @sualeha hope you are having a good day.Yes aging is natural and starts from birth. Our bodies change as we get older, and we may face challenges like joint pain and decreased energy.

To prevent aging, eat healthy foods like fruits and veggies, drink water, and stick to a good routine. Simple exercises like walking and yoga can help keep us youthful.

Yes honestly I am afraid of getting old but it is reality if you get old age is necessary for everyone and we can't stay young forever.

Shakespeare wrote in his novel that the world is a stage and we are all actors at different stages of our lives. We play the role of child hood according to age, then young age, happy with ready family and finally old age then we die.

It is very true that we are acting in different stages only death is the last scene.
