What does healthy eating mean to you?

Eating healthy means creating healthy eating habits that help me feel and perform at my best. In this case, I should eat a balanced diet that contains all the nutrients, vitamins and minerals that the body needs.

A healthy diet should include plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins and healthy fats. Fatty sugars and salt should be limited.

How much fruit and vegetables do you eat?

Alhamdulillah I eat regular vegetables. Because I like vegetables a lot. Vegetables are on my daily meal table. It is determined. So there is a lot of demand for vegetables on my food list.

I like fruits a lot. Especially seasonal fruits. Among the favorite fruits, jackfruit, mango, jam, banana date, malta, litchi, papaya, amra, guava, and watermelon are eaten more. We should all eat fruits. As a result, there are many vitamins and energy.

How do you take care not to eat too much sugar and salt?

A person often gets more salt or sugar from food than he or she should consume each day. As a result, it increases the risk of loss for him.


Tips for not eating too much sugar.

  • Add at least two spoonfuls of sugar every time you drink coffee or tea. So you can get a better taste by using cinnamon or other spices without sugar.

  • After entering the super shop try to avoid the section where sweet food items are arranged.

  • You can eat grapes but raisins have a lot of sugar. A cup of grapes contains 15 grams of sugar. But the same amount of raisins has 98 grams of sugar which will add 500 calories.


Tips for not eating too much salt

  • It is said that when salt is cooked, its iron structure changes and our body digests it easily. Therefore, raw salt should be avoided in food.

  • Eating pickles adds a lot of flavor, but spicy pickles are also high in sodium and trans-fats. So you have to be moderate in eating pickles, then the fear of eating excess salt will be reduced a lot.

  • Herbs are a perfect addition to our meals. They help prevent high blood pressure and boost our immune system due to their anti-inflammatory properties.

Do you eat junk food very often?

Yes, I often eat junk food. I ate with my friends yesterday. I know it is not a healthy food. But I eat junk food while chatting with friends or at home.

Junk food is very fun to eat but it is very harmful to the body. So we should not eat junk food. It slowly pushes our body to disease.

Totalmente de acuerdo contigo amigo, comer sano significa alimentarse de una forma balanceada, con todos los alimentos que tengan toda esa carga de nutrientes necesarios para el funcionamiento óptimo de nuestro organismo.

Así es, debemos evitar el consumo excesivo de azúcar y sal ya que son muy dañinos para nuestra salud.

La comida chatarra es muy sabrosa, pero todos sabemos que debemos tratar de comer en casa ya que es la forma más sana de alimentarse.
