I hope everyone is doing well. By the grace of Allah, I am doing well too. You have presented us with a really intriguing contest, in which I am eager to take part. A lot of people are entering, and by looking at other people's entries, we can learn a lot. I am keeping my entry. I hope my expression of everything will be beautiful.
👩 What is the medical process behind aging, and at what age does it really start? |

I am confined to sharing my personal opinion that aging is a normal physical process since we are alive, breathing animals involved in an endless evolutionary process. There is not enough scientific evidence to support a medical explanation for the aging process. And when we reach a certain point, which is not exactly defined and whose progress or stagnation may depend on several circumstances, our body and appearance begin to show signs of a degradation of cells, energy, and vitality. We have to accept this since, despite our best efforts, this process will unavoidably come to an end.

I've always been open and truthful about this, and I know that aging is a natural and inevitable process that happens to our bodies. But I have never feared getting older or beginning to feel and observe these changes in my own body because I view being able to live longer and experience these changes as a privilege.When it comes to diseases, aging poses the most difficulty. I worry that as we get older, our faculties will deteriorate, our organs will fail, or there may be issues that will prevent me from taking care of myself or from leading a fulfilling life.

Eating a nutritious diet is crucial at all times. Our bodies will receive the vitamins, minerals, and other components they require to sustain optimal health and postpone the onset of premature aging if we eat fruits, vegetables, and proteins in a balanced diet at the right times and quantities.
Furthermore, since exercise enhances our physical appearance, keeps us active, quickens physiological processes, and prolongs our lives, it is essential that we make the most of our youth and vigor.
Considering that our skin ages the quickest on our bodies, I think the two things we should do whatever it takes to live long and healthy lives are drink a lot of water and get sun exposure.

I think the main thing that prevents us from seeming or acting depressed is laughing and being happy. This is one of the best things we can do because worrying and stress make us age more slowly and wear down more quickly. may in our physical attributes or, more readily and swiftly, in our appearance.Nonetheless, we must follow the advised minimum hours of rest because sleeping is a necessary activity for our bodies. We can tell when we can't sleep for any reason by the way we look and how we behave.
Finally, since these are the steps that help us prevent aging, we need to take care of our physical and mental well-being by moisturizing our skin with masks, creams, and other care and protection products.

Reading your contest, you made it clear you have to be scared of growing older or about aging, I respect everyone point of view.
You also write about the challenge of aging like our body unable to resist to disease, and also a time whereby it's hard to do activities we most enjoyed to do.

I can relate to your answer to the second question because I feel exactly the same way you feel about aging. I have never been scared to age, however I have been concerned relative to the challenges it brings along.
Your suggestion on rest and being happy is a good therapy for the mind and the soul. The mind needs to be free and worry less, this extend our lifespan and eliminates wrinkle increase.

Aging is a natural and inescapable phenomenon that happens to people who are advanced in age. This natural process happens in different people with different rate. The fear of the unknown can make fer the aging period not knowing that it's one of the exciting period. Foods rich in antioxidants is a perfect choice for people who wish to slow down the rate of aging. Good luck on your post.
If someone reaches the age of 30 years and he or she is old, it means the person is really suffering from an unknown sickness or cancer. For your peace of mind, you should not be looking yourself in the mirror always because you might not like what you will see especially when your skin is not giving.
You need to eat fruits, vegetables and nuts. Engage in exercises to keep your body fit. Take supplements that can help in your vision problem.
Old age can cause blindness if you don't take proper care of it on time. Nice report good luck
