This competition is organised by my dear @suboohi Ma'am. The concept of today's heat stroke competition is great. So let's give proper answers to the questions mentioned in the competition. What do you understand by heat stroke .

In one word, heat stroke is the name of a life-threatening condition. A stroke occurs when the body temperature is 104 degrees Fahrenheit or higher. It is a condition where the affected person's body overheats. Heat stroke occurs when a person exerts themselves in very hot and humid weather without drinking enough fluids.

Not only people who delay exercising, but those who do not exercise at all, can have a stroke. It mainly occurs in elderly people and those suffering from various health problems. Also, children may have a streak of exposure in certain areas.

• This will result in profuse perspiration from the body and sudden closure of the gums.

• Limbs will tremble, and body convulsions will begin.

• There will be a severe headache, and dizziness will start.

• The amount of urine will decrease.

• Breathing will be rapid, and the woman's pulse will be abnormal.

Initially, move the patient quickly to a cool, shaded place and undress. Then apply fan air to the wet skin. And sip cold water. It is also important to cover the entire body with a wet cloth. The victim should cover his cheeks, palms, and soles with cold cloths and keep him cool and in the shade.

Heat stroke is a condition caused by overheating of the body. The affected person needs immediate treatment. If not treated properly in time, this stroke can cause extensive damage to various organs of the body, including the brain. Also, delays in treatment can lead to complications and even death. So it is important to be careful about heat stroke.
