Good day my dear friends, today I would like to participate in the contest organized by @hive-168205 via Healthy Steem Community.
Sugar is a carbohydrate that the body uses to produce glucose. As a result, sugar is incredibly dangerous to one's health because it causes so many diseases. Too much sugar in our diet can lead to health problems such as obesity, diabetes, and tooth decay. Sugar, more than fats, raises people's risk of heart disease. Because most commercially produced sweet foods are high in fat, they raise your blood cholesterol level and increase your risk of heart disease. Even one hour of exercise will not be enough to repair the damage done to the body by sugar. As a result, it is our responsibility to limit the amount of added sugar in foods and beverages.
I am not diabetic, but my doctor advised me to take 5 - 6 teaspoons of sugar per day because I have high cholesterol. Sugar, according to my doctor, causes heart disease because it damages our hearts and arteries. My doctor advised me to limit my consumption to not more than 6 teaspoons per day. Along with my other meals.
My family members do not have diabetes, but my husband does, and as a result, he has a lot of problems. He had poor vision. All of his teeth had to be extracted, and a new set of teeth had to be fitted. As well my husband's family members have a problem with diabetes.
No, my fasting blood sugar level is 98, so I do not have diabetes; however, my doctor advised me to limit my sugar consumption because it can change rapidly at any time.
Sugars are caloric, sweet-tasting compounds found in many foods, including fruits and vegetables, honey, and human and dairy milk. As a human, we like to taste sweet. Therefore, we are addicted to using more sweets, which led us to so many illnesses like diabetes, obesity, and tooth decay. Even though any person has no diabetes or any lifestyle disorders such as high blood pressure, he had no permission to consume sugar. Because sugar, more than fats, led us to heart diseases. It raises the risk of cardiovascular disease and heart attack. Therefore, even if we are not diabetes patients, sugar will be our worst enemy, preparing us for heart disease if we do not control our sugar intake.

Too much sugar causes many diseases. I am agree with you my dear. It causes fatal diseases such as kidney disease, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, obesity and many more.
