Contest || Organ donation, legal or illegal?
One of my CEO suffering from kidney failure, his both kidneys are badly damaged. The physicians suggested him to have a kidney transplant to improve his condition. He has already received a donor and will be scheduled for a transplant soon. It is a legal process. Therefore, I am really interested in this contest issue because I am little familiar with the procedure for organ donations.
Organ donation is very helpful since persons in need of organs obtain them from others, saving their lives. Some people give their organs to charity, while others sell them for money. Transplanting an organ to another person is not an easy task. It must execute various experiments and tally with the person who needs it. We know that hospitals and doctors follow specific protocols to ensure that the process is safe and fair. Therefore, it is very essential to follow legal procedures. If this is the case, the person receiving the benefits will be able to live longer and healthier lives. However, some people use it illegally, which is risky and harmful.
Illegal organ donation happens when persons buy and sell organs without following the law. The majority of desperate people create a black market to sell their organs for money without receiving appropriate medical care. People who buy organs normally spend a lot of money, but those who sell them may only receive a small amount and are frequently left with major health problems.
This dark system is not only unfair but also risky. When their organ is removed, it is not done in a safe environment, and the donors may not receive the help they need. Some donors are cheated and forced to give up their organs. This might be considered as a harsh exploitation of the poor.
Therefore, it is very dangerous to encourage illegal organ donation. Because illegal organ donation does not take place under proper medical checks, the recipients are also put at risk. However, the legal organ donation system safeguards both the donor and the receiver, ensuring that everything is done safely and equitably.
