Very true @uzma4882, not all people who consume can be called alcoholics, if they drink alcohol in moderation on occasions and can control the consumption of the drink.
When drinking alcohol, you must do so responsibly and consciously to avoid becoming an alcoholic, as it causes severe damage to your health and creates problems of various kinds.
