What is Malnutrition?
First we need to know what is malnutrition.
When our body does not get a proper diet, it causes malnutrition. Due to malnutrition, we do not get the nutrients that are necessary for the growth of our body.

There are many problems which children face due to malnutrition like,
Children are normal in height but underweight. The height according to age is reduced. Malnutrition weakens the immune system, which fights against disease.
Due to this, physical mental health is disturbed. Children's thinking ability is affected. Anemia occurs due to lack of red blood cells. According to UNICEF, more than 6 million children under age five die due to malnutrition.

Children do not get proper food due to poverty. Which causes malnutrition.
Overcrowding.
It is often seen that there are too many children and those people are also poor, due to which many people live in the same house and their food cannot be managed properly.
Immunization.
A mother who is unable to give her child a proper diet to improve the immune system
Diluted cow milk Cow's milk is used, which is often mixed with cow's milk by various injections, which is very harmful for children. Poor maternal care.

Sometimes, due to the large number of children, the mother is not able to take care of the children properly. She is also unable to breastfeed them all, so when the children are deprived of such a minute diet, this causes malnutrition.
Infections. Malnutrition causes infections like diarrhea, measles etc.

Malnutrition can be reduced in such a way that if there are three people in the house, two of them must work so that poverty is reduced. To control this, we have to reduce overcrowding and for crowding family planning it is necessary to deal with this problem.
When there are more people in the household and only one person is the source of income in the household, proper food cannot be provided. The best solution is to do family planning before having children.
When the number of breast-fed babies is reduced, it can be hoped that the problems of maternal nutrition will be reduced in this way.

Developing countries may have very few resources to live an ideal life. The best solution is to learn to manage your life and reduce the poverty you have. Create with so that each child can be well cared for.
Only when you have a good environment will you be able to take care of your children's health. You will be able to do their proper medication. If you do not have resources, then you cannot take care of their health.
Try to encourage the mother to breastfeed the baby because the denatured milk can lead to many infections that lead to malnutrition and affect the health of the baby.

There are a lot of disadvantages attached with malnutrition. It always go emotional when I see children of under age going to bed with empty stomach, even seeing them suffering from disease as a result of malnutrition. Government may not really have the power to eradicate malnutrition but our hope is that God's kingdom will settle all mankind problem. O God let it come. I always advocate for family planning and not blindly becoming a machine to produce babies. This is crazy. Especially, where there is illiteracy it is becoming alarming in Pakistan.
We are generating more children than the resources we have.
It's the time for women to have a firm stance and negotiation with their spouses to do family planning.

Due to malnutrition, both mental and physical development of children is not possible. The main reason for this is poverty. In today's time, due to rising inflation, parents are not able to provide quality food to their children and another big reason is the sale of adulterated food items in the market which is having a bad effect on the health of children.
