✏️What is Heart Attack?

Heart Attack is a situation when flow of blood to the heart muscle is blocked. In biological language heart attack is known as myocardial infarction. The blood flow to the heart can blocked due to blood clotting in the coronary arteries. This blockage stop oxygen to reach the affected area. It cause damage or death to the heart tissue. Heart Attack 90% observed in male. In heart attack patient feels chest pain, shortness of breath and sweat. Most important thing is, it requires Immediate treatment.

✏️What are the three symptoms of heart attack explain it.

Three symptoms of heart attack are:

▪️Chest Pain:
Chest pain is major symptom of heart attack seen. In this patient feels sensation of pressure, tightness, heaviness and burning in the chest. This is usually in the center of left side of the chest.
▪️Breath Shortness:
In this patient feels difficulty in breathing. It can occur in resting and working hours. In this state heart struggle to pump blood effectively and lead to fluid in the lungs.

▪️Cold Sweat:
Cold sweat is also sign of heart attack. In this situation the body activates the stress response due to lack oxygen flow. It increase sweat.

✏️How does smoking affect heart attack?

Smoking has bad effects on heart . Smoking increases the risk of heart attacks because it damage the lining of arteries and lead to plaque buildup that cause to stop blood to reach the heart. It increase blood pressure, reduces oxygen in the blood and increases clot making clot. Smoking can block coronary arteries. All above factors strain the heart and lead to heart attack.

About two months ago, my cousin named Muhammad Ahmad faced this problem. After praying namaz e fajar, he was resting on bed. Suddenly he felt very bad pain in the check. The pain was unbearable, he was cried with pain. He asked to my uncle to call me and bring car for going hospital. I reached there with car and we went to hospital. The doctor prescribe ECG test first. After seeing ECG report, he told us that was a heart attack.

My cousin was admit for three days in hospital for further observation. After taking medicine he is fine by the grace of Allah Almighty.
