My peaceful greetings for everyone! Alhamdullah I am fine with your prayers, Thank you all for your prayers. As for today, I am here with another interesting article on muscular pain. This is very serious problem, we have aware to it's causes and try to avoid them. I am thankful to @suboohi for holding this wonderful contest.
🤔What do you understand by myalgia?

In medical language, muscular pain is known as Myalgia. We can say that myalgia is muscle pain. This can affect small area of body or our entire body. It can range from little discomfort to other pain. In winter season this occurs mostly because of low blood circulation. This can muscle strain, overuse, injury, infections or underlying conditions like fibromyalgia or auto immune diseases. We should not take it lightly and try to it's measurement.

✏️Write some common causes of it.

Some common causes of muscle pain are:
Muscle overuse or strain, Injury or trauma, Viral infections, Fibromyalgia , Auto immune diseases, Medications,
Dehydration or electrolyte imbalances, Stress and anxiety, Poor posture, Infections and other disease.
These can lead us to muscle pain. treatment of these problem is very important otherwise we have to face very serious problem even handicap.

✅How can we reduce it .

We can reduce it by doing different and easy activities.

  • Proper rest and avoid hard activities keep free from muscle pain.
  • In winter we take heat therapy and in summer we should take cold compress for living health and fit.
  • In the case of muscle pain, pain killer medicines like ibuprofen and diclofenac can relieve us.
  • Gentle stretching exercises make our muscle strong and improve flexibility.
  • A gentle massage can maintain blood flow and muscle tension.

  • Dehydration is a way to kill muscle pain that is why we drink water properly .
  • By managing stress we can avoid muscle pain.

Yes I have natural remedy for muscle pain killing.

  • Turmeric:
    Turmeric has curcumin that have the power of killing muscle pain, also has anti-inflammatory properties. We can take turmeric with warm milk or in a supplement form. This will surely work. I also used it.
  • Ginger:
    Ginger has anti inflammatory and analgesic effects. Drinking ginger tea or adding it to meals van help us to relieve in muscle pain.

Muscular pain is known as Myalgia , This can affect small area of body or our entire body you define it very well. I have no idea that the Stress and anxiety cause muscle pain.
