Good Morning And Happy Monday !

How do you do steemians ? I hope my all friends doing well with their loved ones. I am also fine Alhamdulillah ! I am here to take part in the contest which is held by my respected ma'am @suboohi . I am grateful to her for giving the opportunity to share my knowledge about this topic. The title of the contest is : Contest Alert || Healthy Liver.
So friends today I share my knowledge about liver.

So let's start the post.

What do you understand by healthy liver?
  • The large organ located in the upper abdomen is called liver. In humans the function of the liver is to maintain a healthy sugar level. Our liver supplies glucose to blood. When the amount of glucose is too much in the blood then liver removed it and keep it in balance.

Moreover , a healthy liver also produces bile to make sure proper digestion and absorption. So , if you have a good appetite and digestion system is working properly then it is the sign of good and a healthy liver.

write some common tips to have healthy liver.

There are many tips of healthy liver. Some of them are :

  • Always eating a balanced diet to keep your liver healthy. Maintain your weight obesity is the one of the major cause of liver disease.

  • Skip high calorie meals like white bread and regular pasta. Drink a plenty of water.

  • Liver fat can be reduced by a regular exercise. This is another way to maintain a healthy liver.

  • Avoid alcohols because it can damage the liver cells. Moreover , alcohols creates many other disease in our body.

  • Avoid junk food. Also avoid fried food. For a healthy liver always use a green tea , olive oil and garlic.

  • Always eat fresh fruits and fresh vegetables. Also drinks your favourite fruit fresh juice.

  • The juice of beetroot , apple , almond , ginger and mint and salt for taste is best for a healthy diet.

  • Abstain from those foods which are high in saturation like eggs and cheese.

  • Milk is good for liver. Bananas are excellent for liver health. Lemon is also best for liver health.

  • Eating a fish is beneficial for liver.

Give any example of health problem due to liver disfunction?
  • Normally , It could not cause specific symptoms which can be seen or felt. Yellowing of the skin and eyes becomes white are the symptoms which is called jaundice. In this condition a patient normally failing healthy.

It makes the eyes and skin yellow. Liver disfunction also cause cirrhosis. It is a life threatening disease. It is the main cause of fluid in abdomen.
