Friends, welcome to all of you in today's Steemit Engagement Challenge / S11W6. I hope everyone is well and safe. Today I am participating in this competition. Whose subject is very interesting. I would like to say thank you to the community that organized this contest.
- We consider many of our things precious in our lives. But the most precious thing in our life is our health. This is our real treasure. If our health is not good then we cannot enjoy anything. We think that if we do not have any disease then our health is very good. But only then we are called healthy. When our overall health is better than physical, mental, and emotional well-being. If our physical health is good then we will have more physical possibilities to work.
🔸ABOUT MY DIET🔸
- To keep our health good, proper exercise and a nutritious diet are the main things in our life. We have to pay attention to our diet. We have to pay attention to diet in life. We should eat the food that gives us energy. We get vitamins and minerals from fresh fruits and vegetables. This is a balanced diet.
🔸MORNING TIME 🔸
- I wake up early in the morning and like to drink milk first thing in my breakfast. I drink a glass of milk daily with Satavari powder and Jethimal powder added to it. It keeps my health good. Drinking milk in the morning strengthens muscles and bones. I get energy from drinking this milk. The amount of vitamins and calcium inside milk is high. That's why I drink only this milk in the morning.
- After that, I do all my household work. I finish all the household work like cleaning the house, clothes, utensils, cooking, etc. by noon.
🔸AFTERNOON TIME 🔸
- I eat green vegetables for lunch. I cook some green vegetables every day for lunch. Which I eat with rice or Bread. Green vegetables are very beneficial for our health. It also strengthens our digestive power. By eating this we can avoid many diseases. By eating green vegetables we get protein and minerals. It makes the skin of our body beautiful. Tomatoes and carrots are also good for our health. I mostly consume dark-colored vegetables.
- I have been having stomach problems for two days. I am having a lot of stomach pain. Whenever I eat any food, the stomach pain increases. Therefore, I have brought some medicine from the hospital which I take after lunch. This medicine gives me relief from stomach ache and also gives me relief from the pain which was getting worse after eating food. That's why I take this medicine.
🔸WATER IS BENEFICIAL FOR HEALTH.🔸
- Drinking water is very important for our healthy body. This is very important in keeping the body temperature normal. Just like a good diet is necessary for our body, similarly, water is also very important. We should drink clean water. I believe that we should drink more and more water. We should drink a maximum of 2 or 3 liters of water in a day. But it happens that we drink water according to the season. We drink a lot of water in summer. Less water is drunk in cold weather. I aim to drink 3 bottles of water a day. The doctor has advised me to drink more and more water, so I guess to drink 3 bottles of water per day.
🔸• WHAT YOU DID TO RELAX🔸
- I take some rest in the afternoon to relax. I rest for half an hour every day in the afternoon. Rest is also necessary for us to keep our health good. If we work the whole day and do not rest, we fall ill. Our health deteriorates. It does not happen that we can just sleep to rest. We can relax and give rest to our minds in many ways.

- When I take rest and wake up after a while, I feel very hungry in the evening. That's why when I woke up today, I was very hungry in the evening. I took out some fruits from the fridge and ate them. Fruit is also very important for our health. We should also consume fruits to keep our bodies good. Many of these fruits are very beneficial for our body. We can eat this fruit in our busy life. Which gives us health.
🔸• THE PAIN OR TIREDNESS YOU FELT, ETC. 🔸
- In the evening, after finishing my household chores, I went to take my sister-in-law to the parlor. The parlor is very far from my house. I went on foot to pick him up. That's why when I came home, my feet were hurting a lot and I was feeling very tired. When we walk too much, our feet start hurting. Our body also gets exercise by walking. When I go to pick up my sister-in-law every evening, my body gets exercise. But today I was very tired and my legs were also hurting.
