- Friends, welcome to all of you in this beautiful competition of mine today. I hope all of you are safe in your homes. Today I am participating in this beautiful contest. Whose topic I liked very much. I am happy to participate in this competition. I would like to thank @ikwal for organizing this contest. And I am also very grateful to this community because of which I got the opportunity to participate in this competition today.
- Healthy food is required to keep our bodies healthy. Healthy food for us is one in which all the nutrients are present. Healthy eating includes high-quality proteins and vitamins. Eating healthy food keeps our body and mind sharp. Eating healthy food keeps energy. Healthy food maintains weight. Healthy food is very important for our body. We need the energy to do any work. We get that energy from healthy food.
- Home food is usually made from natural ingredients as compared to outside food. I like to eat nutritious food at my home. Which is rich in vitamins. I like to eat dal rice. Dal rice is the most simple, famous, and popular food in India. This food is also easy to prepare and digest.
- Eating grams on an empty stomach in the morning is very beneficial. It also cures anemia. It is full of nutrients. You can consume grams anytime. I eat grams daily in the morning. Because if you eat grams on an empty stomach in the morning, then the body gets more benefits. This gives energy to the body and helps in reducing weight. The element is found in abundance in grams. Which is very beneficial for our health.
- Vegetables are beneficial for health as well as taste. I like guardrail the most among vegetables, and I often like to eat it at lunch at home. I eat it by making it with my own hands. It is considered beneficial for health. Vegetables of guar pods are made and salads are also made. It helps control blood sugar. By eating guar pods, you can reduce the weight of the body and can also remove the problem caused by it.
- I often drink lemon syrup after meals. It is said that if we drink lemon juice mixed with hot water after eating, then we can easily digest the food. It also removes problems like constipation. I drink lemon juice two or three times a day. It is very beneficial for our body. Our body also remains healthy by this and saves us from many problems of the body.
Eating healthy food every day keeps us in good health throughout life. We should consume more vegetables, fruits, and grains.
By eating healthy food, we can avoid many deadly diseases.
If we take healthy food then it gives us more energy. We can work the whole day without getting tired.
- Unhealthy food causes a lot of damage to our bodies. We have to face many diseases. We find this food very tasty to eat. But we have to bear the consequences of this again. In today's fast-paced lifestyle, it has become common for people to eat easy-to-cook packaged food. It seems easy to make it all but its effect is bad for our health. and increases cholesterol levels.
- The whole day we keep resting and do not even exercise and eat fatty food. Which can lead to many diseases. Unhealthy and careless eating increases cholesterol.

Me gustan mucho las verduras, podría decir que incluso más que los carbohidratos y las proteínas, pero en Venezuela es más económico comer carbohidratos que proteínas todos los días.

Healthy food is too much Important for a healthy life. A body is like a machine. It's fuel must be according to the need of it.
I always try to avoid fastfood. I am too much health curious. I think everyone should be.
