HEART ATTACK AND ITS CURE
Friends, it is great to hear that another lifestyle contest has been announced by the Healthy Steam community. I like heart related topics very much and my husband is one of the best healthcare provider who serves in the emergency department. He handles heart related emergency cases several times a day and comes and tells me. I have learned a lot just by listening to his case, so let's start the contest.
Friends, many people do not know about heart attack and cardiac arrest. If suddenly someone's heart stops and he falls, then we call it a heart attack because we do not know much about it. So let me tell you that when a person's heart stops and the heart does not pump, it is called cardiac arrest.
The vessels of our heart are very thin. Especially the coronary artery which supplies blood to the walls of the heart which supplies blood to the entire body and if the blood reaches the walls of the heart or the cardiac cells then there is a severe lack of oxygen, then it is called MI(myocardial infarction). We call it heart attack in local language.
Heart attack happens because there is accumulation of fat i.e. cholesterol in the artery supplying blood to the heart and the second artery gets closed or there is shrinkage of the artery. Because of this heart attack occurs. Blood flow does not reach the special muscles of the heart called cardiac muscles, hence the cells there demand oxygen and gradually those cells start dying which is also called necrosis.

If you have had a heart attack and there is no hospital near you, then go to the nearest hospital as soon as possible. If you see medical help anywhere on the way, take T.Ecosprin-300 mg, T. Atorvastatin-80 mg and T.Clopidogrel-150 mg tablets. These three tablets thin the blood so that even a little blood gets supplied to your blockage, this will also give you relief from pain.
You should go to the nearest hospital as soon as possible and get an electrocardiograph done there. This will let your doctor know what has happened to you. In advance, blood infusion with tropism can also be done and if the blockage is severe and the clot can be melted by taking an injectable and still the clot does not come out with the injection, then mechanical thromboscopy will be done which is called angiography and angioplasty. If the clot is in the entire artery then there is no point in doing angiio plasty, then we will have to move towards surgical option.
Dyspnea
Arrhythmia
Damage of heart valve and wall
Infection

Hola amiga. Hoy en día por lo menos en mi país muchas personas están sufriendo del corazón debido al estrés y a la mala alimentación. Por eso debemos cuidarnos para evitar un infarto.
Fue un placer leer. Saludos 🤗
