Hello, all the wonderful steemians from different part of the world. Warmest regards to you all.

Thank you for having me in this community, I am @owulama and I will be participating in this contest titled:Caring for Our Skin. To the organizer of the contest @sahmie, thank you so much sir for organizing such a vital contest about one of the most important part of our body.

I want to also sincerely appreciate all the wonderful people of Steemit for your usual support. One❤️love keep us together.

Today contest topic is about skin health, so I hope you all enjoy, get educated and learn from my post.

👉Why is skin health important?

Skin health is important because it is one of the most important part of the human body and also one of the most largest organ in our body which is responsible for the regulation of the body fluids that will help you to stay hydrated and not dehydrated, it will also reduce your chances of being contaminated with infections, it also enhance the feeling of physical sensation which will enable you to stay healthy and safe.

Lastly, skin care is important because the skin helps in the resistance of aging signs and symptoms and it also helps in the removal of some diseases in our body. The importance of skin health cannot be overemphasized because it is having a direct contact with the rest of the world.

👉 How does hydration affect skin health?

Hydration which is the act of taking more water content in order to stay more healthier and refreshed, affects skin health positively in differs ways.

Therefore, hydration affect skin health by increasing the rate at which your skin glows, and also taking a good amount of water will enable your skin to be wrinkle, pimples and scar free which will reduce the signs of aging.

Hydration also affect skin health by increasing the radiant of the skin, and making the skin more attractive and clear. When you increase your water intake(hydration), and the risk of skin burn and other sun harmful effects to the body will be greatly reduced.

👉 What are common skincare mistakes to avoid?

Some of the common skincare mistakes to avoid is, ensure that you use the cream and soap that suits your kind of skin, because as humans we have different skins and the react to what it comes in contact with differently, not every soap or cream is recommended for your skin. so making use of the soap and cream that best suit and has no negative effects in your skin is a very good way to avoid skincare mistakes.

And another easiest way but one of the most important way to avoid skincare mistakes is by avoiding direct contact with sun. Skincare cannot be achieved adequately if you do not avoid excessive direct contact with the sun.

👉 How can diet impact skin health?

Diet does not just have impact to skin health alone, but also generally to our well-being. Although skin health is paramount to health life.

To live a healthy life, you need to eat balanced diet (good diet).
The impact of diet to skin health is, when you eat good food, your skin will look more healthier, attractive, it will glow differently, and then you will also look more younger when you eat diet, such as proteins, fruits, vegetables and water which has health benefits.

In short, food is medicine to the body, so in order to achieve skin health easily, you need to eat good food (diet), the impact of diet to skin health is much and cannot be overemphasized at all..

👉 What are natural ways to maintain healthy skin?

Some of the natural ways to maintain a healthy skin is as follows;

First, ensure that you always eat balanced diet, by consuming more of proteins, vegetables, fruits and water which prevents you from some forms of diseases and stress thereby enhancing a healthy skin.

Secondly, ensure a smoking free habit, endeavor to always go for medical check up and do exercise frequently in order to maintain a healthy skin.

And lastly, avoid using soap, cream that is having negative effects in your skin, always ensure you rinse and clean you body thoroughly after taking your bath and also pay attention to the areas of your skin that is folding and is dried in order to find a solution to the causes.

In summary, skin is the largest organ of the body, when you maintain it properly you will live a more healthier, refreshed, attractive and a happy life. And you will see yourself glowing differently and looking more younger!!
