Martha was living a less concerned life, when she is sick she will set a fire outside her house and sit close to the fire,fortunately for her she will get better and continued her daily routine, on that faithful day for Martha she got very ill that she could not even stand up to set her usual fire outside she started crying for help and she was rushed to the hospital and she was diagnosed with hepatitis and serious typhoid malaria from there she advised to take her health serious. From this little story will you rather take your health serious or wait untill you are advised by health practitioners. Let me go straight to answering the following questions.

What do you eat to stay healthy? How can you improve your diet?

When it comes to eating habit I have always been a very conscious person, I don't eat anyhow food, I carefully select and prepare things that I can eat. Like in the morning I take light food like tea or pap while in the after and evening I can eat rice or garri with fruits in between,then I have observed in my diet that's more of carbohydrates and in other to improve it I have been adding vegetables and some protein to balance it.

👩‍💼 What is your sleeping pattern, and how can you improve it?

My sleeping pattern is mostly sideways that's lying down by my side,I always make sure I sleep at the right time though as a businesswoman,teacher and mother I got stressed at some points, and I deprive myself that adequate sleep for a healthy living.

👩‍💼 What are your daily exercises or activities? Do you need to do more?

I have many exercise routine, I go jogging on a daily basis, I also skip sometimes,I dance,I run, But I think I need to enroll myself in an exercise group where I can be able to make it a habit and more regular.

👩‍💼 What do you do for mental fitness?

Owning or going on borrowing can drain someone mentally, as long as I'm concerned I budget my spending and make sure I do things within my reach to avoid mental stress. I enjoy some classic music at my leisure it is a boost to my mental fitness.

Conclusion

Is a good thing for everyone to listen to his /her health, when some health problems accumulate it may create a very big problem that is incurable or a lifetime managing illness. Stay healthy my dear friends I love you all.

It is a shock to realize that I don't even do half of what you are doing. It was a wake-up call for me. It is so important to balance these four things in our lives.
