There are many ways to improve ones mental health, I can see you talked about walking alot, that's a good form of exercise too, reading for some people helps to relax the mind and that's a relaxation exercise too. And I'm happy to see you got a partner that's willing to take mental health serious too, that's good, a good motivation.
