Good morning ! Hope you will be fine . I am fine also . Today i want to take participate in @Healthy-steem community contest My Healthy Food . So lets come towards the topic.

What does "healthy food" mean to you?, explain.

The food which gives us all the nutrients necessary for life to stay healthy . By eating healthy food we feel well and high energytic . The best way to eat healthy food is to eat wide variety of different kinds of food . There are five group of healthy food . These are
  • 01 Vegetables
  • 02 Fruite
  • 03 Grain Food
  • 04 Dairy
  • 05 protein

At school age the children need food from all this five groups . Healthy food contain nutrients that are necessary for development , learning and also for growth . We need to use lass ammount of suger , salt and fats .

What kind of healthy food do you often consume at home.

We use all most all the five groups of healthy food in our meal depend upon the season . We use Egg and meat its may be beef , maton or chicken . We also use vegetable in our diet . Yogurt , milk and butter are also the part of our diet .

Chocolate are favorite of all the people and use in every home . Leaf vegetable like Spinach and grain food are also use in daily basses for exemple bean , pulses , rice etc are cook mostly in every home . Dry fruits are often use e.g almond , pumkin , etc may also be used . Protein reach food fish is also cook by people in winter season . The season fruits are also eaten with great in our home .

Which may include Apple , grapes , mango , strawberry , pomegranate , ,dates etc . Olive oil may also be use at our home .

Mention 3 benefits of healthy food for the body.

The three benefits of eating healthy food are .
  • 01 Maintain body Healthy and energitic

Its keep our skin , teeth and eyes healthy . Its supports our muscles . Its keep stronger our bone . Its keep us high energitic . Healthy food helps to achieve and maintain a healthy weight of the body. Its also support the brain and digestive system .

  • 02 Healthy food Boosts immunity
    If we eat healthy food we will be remain away from diseases . Healthy diet can strong our immune system , and prevent us from various diseasees . Stronger immune system may also prevent us from viral , bacterial as well other infectial diseases .It lowers risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and some cases may also cancers .

  • 03 Healthy food help in growth and development
    Healty food is very important for child growth and development . If there is defficency of food the people suffer from many disorders .

What are the consequences if you eat unhealthy food?, Explain.

If we eat unhealthy food may be over eating or under eating can effect our nutrien intake . Its effect our energy and can impair our daily health and reduce our ability to lead an enjoyable and active life .

Eating unhealthy food can contribute stress , triedness and also case obesity . Its may cases various diseases like high blood pressure , tooth decay , type-2 disbetes many vitamin defficency diseases .

Conclution

Good nutrition, based on healthy eating is one essential factor for all living creatures . Its helps us to stay healthy and be active . Its also increases life spin . We need to take care of our diet .

For our children growth and development we need to add all the five groups of nutrients in their died . We need to avoid exess amount of suger salt or fats to save ouself from numbers of disorder
