🧼🚿 What is your daily routine when you wake up, what products do you use and what function does each of them fulfill? |

When I wake up in the morning, I do all my work as usual.When I get up early in the morning, the first thing I do is brush my teeth, after doing ablution, I pray and at the same time recite the Holy Quran for a while.Then I go for a walk for 30 minutes, which is very beneficial for our health. After returning home, I wash my hands and eat breakfast.
Normally I go to college and before going to college I use dove lotion which keeps my skin from drying out and protects it from the dust of the day. Very beneficial for damaged skin.I don't leave my daily work for tomorrow and finish all my work on time as usual.

Yes, good health is a great blessing of Allah Almighty to lead a good and peaceful life, we should take care of our health.If there is good health, then there are joys and prosperity in life.That's why I take good care of my health, I don't let my balance go wrong, I eat on time and eat foods that are good for my health.
Good health is the secret of our success If we don't have good health then our life is meaningless and aimless i.e. we can't fulfill any goal of our life well.Illness destroys all the desires of a person and in a healthy person new feelings, new plans and dedication to do new things arise every day.
Above all else, my health is very important to me and I pay special attention to it,I am thankful to Allah Almighty, I am enjoying a good and healthy life.

The products I use for my health cost about 15 Steem on Steem and it doesn't take me long to pay for them.I need maximum 24 hours to pay them.Because I don't use expensive products that take me a lot of time, this is a low cost product so I pay for it in 24 hours at most.

Good health adds beauty to a person.A beautiful face becomes the center of attention.Along with good health, it is very important to beautify the appearance.Now I have to take care of my health and appearance and not have others tell us what to do.
We do so many hours of hard physical labor throughout the day.When we are earning so much, it becomes our right to spend something on ourselves.Don't spend so much that we have to face difficulties to meet the rest of the needs.
But some portion of your income must be used to maintain your good health and appearance.All this is not for our hobby but it has now become our basic need as good health and physical beauty are considered and prioritized in every department.
