What does the word "Anxiety" mean to you?

Anxiety is an condition of stress and uneasiness. When a person go into the condition of stress than this condition is called anxiety. In other words anxiety is a form of stress. it's a normal condition pf stress which a person face when he is making the decisions of life . A student has seen in the condition of an anxiety when he is taken the test or when he is in the exam room.

What are the effects of anxiety

Anxiety has many harmful effects on human health. It shows both short term and long term effects. In short term its effect included blood pressure, increasing heartbeat, dizziness, shivering, sweating and worries.

In long-term it effect a person M
with any chronic anxiety-related health problem such as heart diseases , headache and memory problems. It is also thought that ongoing anxiety also effects immune system of a person.

Give some tips to overcome the anxiety

There are many tips by which this condition of anxiety can be controlled. some tips that can reduce anxiety level are

●) Eat healthy and balanced diet
●) reduce consumption of alcohols and drugs
●) sleep well and take deep breaths
●) do exercise on daily basis
●) person must have positive attitude
●) reduce negative thoughts
●) get involve in social activities and

●) consult to doctor for medication
