I hope you all well and enjoying blessing of God.I pray that you always be happy and succeed in your life. I am very excited to participate in this Engagement Challenge Season 16 Week 6contest because it is related to science of Aging.

👩 What is the medical process behind aging and from which age it actually starts?

Aging and transitioning from youth to old age is a natural process.Life is a circle that a person has to complete. When a person is born, he goes around the circle and when a person dies, the circle ends. Aging means a physical change in a person, growth of a person.

If we talk about why a person ages and why a person becomes old, then scientists have explained different reasons, one of them is the reason from which all the other reasons arise and that is inside our body Loss of genetic information. There are chromosomes in a human cell! These chromosomes are inside each cell of our 40 trillion cells.

At the ends of the chromosomes there are small telomeres that are necessary for the division of our cells! When each of our cells reaches its natural age, it dies (Apoptosis) and a new cell is formed in its place. And this process continues throughout our lifetime. This process of dying and regenerating chromosomes changes our age. When the process of cell regeneration stops completely, it means that the telomeres are exhausted and the person dies.

👩 Are you afraid of becoming older and if yes then what are the challanges of aging that are making you afraid from getting older?

As we age, many of our body systems become less efficient or worse. Our vision weakens, joints begin to lose their strength and skin begins to thin. The older we get, the more likely we are to get sick, break bones, and eventually die.

When the eyes are tired, the brain slows down, this is the period when a person feels that time is passing quickly. Considering all these problems, people fear old age because when a person becomes weak and sick, then people stop helping him.

👩 Write any three nutritional items that can preventing aging?

Process food, fried food, package food, smoking and drinking, all of these things harm our body, all of these things increase oxidative stress and inflammation, and if inflammation increases, our body begins to age quickly.

Therefore, one should eat more vegetables and alkaline food such as ,Spinach
,Broccoli ,Pomegranate ,Red bell pepper ,Sweet potatoes ,Salmon ,Green tea
and Olive oil all these items are good diet and prevent anti aging.

👩 Write any three exercises that can makes you looking young even in older age?

Stress, anxiety and depression are the major causes of human aging, while being happy, always keeping a smile on your face keeps you fresh and young, so a person should always be positive.Any machine 🚴‍♀️ that we don't use will stand still, it will get rusty, similarly our body is like a machine.

If we keep it active, we will stay strong and young. So the best exercise to keep ourselves active is swimming 🏊 and running 🏃‍♀️. And apart from that we should work out in the gym for one hour daily. Along with exercise, the most important thing is to get enough sleep. We should get eight to nine hours of sleep every day.
