Hello friends, u am to happy to be part of this engagement challenge contest, already we are in week 5 season 11
Eating healthy means there are kinds of food we should eat to be on the healthy side, we need to eat food that will help maintain our healthy and our weight.
So by living healthy we have to maintain our healthy lifestyle by living a comfortable life, by living a comfortable lifestyle dies not mean you rob a bank before you can achieve this healthy lifestyle.
So before I can continue with The topic of the engagement challenge I will love to invite my friends to join us, @eliany, @ijoyti-delight and m-fdo
👩💼 What do you eat to stay healthy? How can you improve your diet?
There are kind of food that I eat to stay healthy, I don't joke with my diet because I don't want to fall sick and I don't want my children to fall sick, so I am very careful of what goes into my stomach, food is the most important thing and the most expensive gift we give to our self, I can decide to stay without dress but I can't stay without food so the little food I eat I make sure I eat the one that will make me healthy so that no matter the kind of stress I go through it won't show in my appearance.
So the food I eat to stay healthy are;
- Vegetables
- Fruit
- Fish
- Milk
These three food are the most food I eat, like the vegetable, some of my soup is always vegetables, just for example like if I am to cook noodles I make sure that I add vegetables to it then use with milk before I can eat it. if I am eating rice I do slice some cucumber and add to my rice before I will be able to eat it.
I don't joke with vegetables so like some of the week I can prepare vegetable salad to eat and it will help flush my system, once I eat it the vegetable salad through out that day I will be feeling so comfortable in my stomach and I will be looking so gloomy.
Then for the fruit I don't think there is a day I don't eat fruit, at least I must eat 1 fruit if I don't have money to buy much fruit for myself. I really balance my diet well and the best time for me to eat these fruit is always in the evening after taking my dinner.
Some of the fruit I love eating
I am not a lover of meat , if I cook red meat in my house I am just cooking it because of my children because I know they need it but on my own side, you know everyday we grow old so I am very careful that's why I don't go for red meat and if at all I must eat meat, I go for pork meat or chicken meat because I Know they don't contain too much protein. So I value fresh fish more and that's what I have been cooking in my House.
How can you improve your diet?
Recently I have try my best to balance my meal by knowing what I eat at a particular time, I make sure that I don't eat late night food no matter how hungry I am, and in the early morning once it is 6am I drink warm water, that has really helped me going.
👩💼 What is your sleeping pattern, and how can you improve it?
Before I normally sleep very sound without waking up at night but recently I am really find it difficult to sleep at night, some time I had to Fidel my phone to see if I will fall asleep, and if there is network I will just go to my steemit wall and drop one post. So the biggest problem is for me to be able to sleep at night. So because if the difficulty in sleeping at night, I do make sure that I sleep in the afternoon and once I want to sleep I out my phone in silence and also I will order my children to sleep that nothing will disturb while sleeping, so if I sleep like that I will instruct my children not to wake me up no matter who comes to look for me.
👩💼 What are your daily exercises or activities? Do you need to do more?
I am lacking behind in doing exercise and I don't know why, even after buying all the exercise kits, I still find it difficult to go and register in the germ, though what I do is trekking, if I see that where I am going to is not that far I will use my leg without bording bus. So I will really love to start exercising because I know it will really help keep fit.
👩💼 What do you do for mental fitness?
Waooo I love my mental health and because of that I don't joke with my mental health at all, so there are some things I do to maintain my mental health.
- I don't let anything to bother me, no matter how angry I am, I don't let it get inside me. Fir instant, if someone offend me, instead of me to have the person in I will just show the person my anger and immediately I do that the anger won't even get into me and if you ask me about the issues the following day I won't even remember again.
- Another thing I do is that I try to make myself happy, if I don't have any important place to go, I will remain indoor because I don't want to get in contact with anything that will make me unhappy.
- My mental health is most important to me that's why I eat what I like and what is good for me.

I am very happy to know about the truth of your life that you don't like to tell a lie that's why you are telling us about the real facts of your health and how you take care of your health and we all not there are 4 factors very important for health you have described all of them very well but if I talk about especially after diet then you explain very well that we should drink plenty of water as well as we should eat fruits and vegetables to stay healthy and without any thing of them we cannot maintain our health I wish you success in this engagement challenge
