INTRODUCTION
Hello friends today's I will love to discuss with us my health morning routine which I discover recently and is very useful to me.
In today's world, expercially Nigeria because of the challenges we are facing one can neglect his or her emotional, physical and mental well-being, it is very important we listen to our feelings and we should try as much as possible to live a life that will lead to a fulfilling and happy life. Thank God for social media expercially steemit which has given us an opportunity to learn one or two things about our health.
My today's healthy post, I will love to discuss with us my morning routine, this post will help us in a very positive way and if for those that will love to practice what I will be writing. Have been doing this so as to avoid being sick, you know this days we are looking for money to buy food and not drugs.
MY 5 MOST IMPORTANT MORNING ROUTINE FOR HEALTH
- What I do is that every morning when I am awake, I will seat down meditate for like 10 minutes, I do this every morning so as to set my goals for that day, I will jot down every thing I will do for the day.
- The second thing I do every morning is that on an empty stomach, I will drink a glass of water then I will squeeze lemon water to it, this will make me more active after long night of sleeping.
- My morning diet is very important, I don't eat carelessly, what I do is that I try my best to eat a nutritious breakfast that will give me energy to go do my daily tasks.
- Since I have not been able to attend my daily workout, so in the early morning, I usually work round my compound for like some minutes. I do this so as to receive that early morning sun light and I will receive some fresh air.
- My last tip is that I normally seat down and then I will Write down your top three goals that I want to achieve for the day, this will make me stay focused and motivated.
