Humans are the marval of evolutionary process, and brain is worthly developed organ of the whole body. It leads all the processes of body. But mental health is less address problem in my society . Mostly it is taken as for granted, and resultantly it leads to over anxiety and stress increase here.
The contest helps me personally to revise the procedures and patterns for mental health as well. And the best thing is during exploration I found many new facts about it. So thanks to hive-168205 for organising this healthy contest.
What daily habits enhance mental resilience?
Mental resilience should be a pivotally growing part of life. Every day we face new challenges ,so an ongoing new method require to cope with daily dilemmas. Modren researches reveal a lot of traditional and new ways , plausible to handle it. Here I share a few which I find more appropriate and practical
➡️Make a combination of your rightful values with the mental resilience. If your insight give you a green single on a stress situation to , you can better handle it, otherwise , it always cause a problematic voice of conscience.
➡️Mental struggle is a fatiguing process. So it should be accolade in manner which give a true glee. Discover such a thing with which can't cause tedium easily. As Gerhard narrated :
"Once you experience true happiness, you will do whatever it takes to keep it ".
➡️Priorities your company with those who are more supportive and give their senciere views on any of yours point. Avoid the toxic people,because their opinion majorly impact on mental health. Mostly it weaken the deceiving power.
➡️Always ready yourself to learn something new which could engage you in some kind of productive work. Try to find some remuneration in your favorite activity.
How does diet influence mental health?
Diet is like input to every part of our body. All organs works chiefly on the type of food we intake ,so the brain and and it's working as well .
A few days ago I came across with the fact about suger impact on the mental health. And it was shocking that how this sweet white toxien ruin our brain cell. So it must be avoided or replaced if you are a well-wisher of your own future .
As for the whole body our brain also demand fresh and organic veggies and fruits like tomatoes , blueberries,avocados, leafy greens. Some other are salmon and lamb.
Walnut is proove very beneficial for our mental healh, as you know their is a close resemblance in anatomy (only shape)ofwalnut shape with human brain.
What activities promote emotional balance?
➡️Yoga is my personal favorite contributor in this regard. Once you start it properly it gives unbelievable results not only in your physical condition but also on mental capabilities.
➡️In an extremely irritating condition to nerves ,deep breathing or rubbing gently lower side to horizontally lying arms helps to balance the harmonal imbalance (the root cause of emotional imbalances).Simply it can easily subtle you.➡️Self recognizant can play a crucial role to manage the stress. Figure out these activities which really helpful which can effectively reduce your street . Like for many people it is in form of nurturing their spiritual life, discussion with friends, or simply penning down the situation

I read in a book ikigai where writer explains the secrets of the people with longest life spans. These were from japan. Their secret was to never retire, work all your life to keep yourself busy, communities to feed a social animal inside you, eating less sugar and salt, binge on veggies, fruits, and grains.
Learning new things to keep your brain healthy is my personal favourite. Thanks to steemit for giving us a platform to make new connections with people and learn each day.
