Regular physical activity boosts happiness and reduces worry. Make an effort to do 30 minutes of light exercise every day. Experts recommend getting at least 7 to 9 hours of good sleep every night. Mental and emotional health both need sleep. Relaxing and strengthening your mind are two of the benefits of mindfulness meditation and other similar practices. Connecting with other people and maintaining friendships that assist each other. Frequent contact with other people can help you feel like you belong and provide mental support. Establishing Goals Setting realistic objectives and breaking them down into smaller tasks can help you stay inspired and feel like you've completed a task.

Loaded with nutrients: Have a brain that works well by eating lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean foods to build a healthy brain. Numerous studies have shown that these are very helpful, especially for the brain, which works better and keeps people from getting depressed.
Limiting sugar and prepared foods: Eating too many processed and sugary foods can hurt your mental health and make inflammation worse.
Humidity: Not drinking enough water can make you feel bad while also helping you concentrate. For many reasons, staying hydrated is super important. I found myself sleeping too deep at night when i take a heavy food, here in nigeria we are mostly known for starchy food, you might have heard of the popular garri kind of food. I was shocked to see myself waking up by 7am in the morning, when i planned on waking up by 12am to read, so friend starchy food supresses the brain to deep sleep, though it help at times, but this is just an example to such effect if foods on our brain. We need to connect chat with friends to lift up our boredom. My friend, I am so glad you invited me to join in this contest. I wish you all the best, I will look forward to drop my entry soon.
