Hello friends greetings to all. Hope you are all well and enjoying this week's wonderful engagement contests. By the grace of Allah I am also well and healthy. So today I am here to participate in this wonderful engagement contest organized by this community. The name of this contest is "Steemit Engagement Challenge / S11W5 - "The Four Main Factors of Health" . So I will discuss the topic of four main causes of health in detail, stay with me.

👩‍💼 What do you eat to stay healthy? How can you improve your diet?

Eating healthy food is necessary to keep our body healthy. Because a healthy lifestyle starts with food. That's why I make sure to eat healthy to keep my body healthy. I stopped eating sugar for fear of sugar. Avoided eating salt, avoided fatty foods, avoided all alcoholic beverages, avoided all fried foods. So it has improved my lifestyle a lot. By avoiding these foods, cholesterol-containing foods cannot enter my body.

I eat red flour bread in the morning, this is my diet routine. In the afternoon I eat a little rice and a lot of vegetables. It contains a mixture of some spices and herbs. At night I eat fruit, bread or salad. I have reduced my binge eating. Avoid foods that produce fat in the body. I drink water regularly so that I don't have kidney problems.

In this way I feel that I have improved my healthy eating. I avoided extra oily food. Avoid gassy food, indigestion food. I chose natural foods most of the time. Actually eating healthy doesn't mean you should eat extra food all day. You should eat a balanced diet according to your health condition. Sausage salad, lemon juice, vegetables should be eaten. You should not sleep after eating raw food at night.

👩‍💼 What is your sleeping pattern, and how can you improve it?

Actually I live in village. So I have no sleep patterns. Sleeping in the village is a very lucky thing. Because there is no traffic noise in the village, there is no noise, people's noise is less so sleep is fresh. Of course, I think about sleep a little differently. I want my room to always be dark and quiet. So I create a sleep state before going to bed. It is said in our Islamic rules that go to sleep at the call of the bird and wake up at the call of the bird.

So I got ready for bed after 10 pm. My phone keeps me from sleeping though. Still I try to sleep in a certain pattern. Because I know I need to sleep at least 7 hours in 24 hours. Then my body will be healthy. I wake up every morning after hearing the call to Fajr prayer. This is a very beneficial aspect for me. Because too much sleep can worsen health.

I have now developed a sleeping pattern. It definitely improved my sleep. So I try to sleep at a certain time at night and wake up at a certain time in the morning. Of course, my sleep is complete during the day. Because even if I can't sleep at night, I sleep for some time during the day to complete my sleep. It takes place after midday prayer and lunch.

👩‍💼 What are your daily exercises or activities? Do you need to do more?

My daily exercise or activity is a little different. Because I am staying at my house for few days. So I wake up every morning and perform ablution and walk to the mosque to pray Fajr. Scientists have researched and said that prayer is the best exercise in the world. A person who prays five times a day does not need to fast all day. So every day I go from my house to the mosque to pray. So if you walk to the mosque, you get more exercise.

If you go to the mosque five times a day, you will walk five times. So I think my daily exercise or activity is very perfect. I go to the mosque several times throughout the day, and go for a walk in the afternoon to refresh my mind. I follow daily diet by taking light food at night. Then I fell asleep on time. Some days I wake up in the morning and exercise. I have my own beam stuff. Among these, my favorite exercise equipment is dumbbells. I made this dumbbell myself. It helps me exercise my muscles.

👩‍💼 What do you do for mental fitness?

Basically, to maintain mental health, keep in touch with everyone every day, get enough sleep, exercise regularly. Meditation, reading pleasant stories, listening to music and spending time with loved ones are beneficial for mental well-being. But besides these rules I follow one rule the most. That is, prayer is the best way to maintain mental health. Prayer solves the problem. My mind is freshest when I go to the mosque and sit or lie down to rest. I take care of myself primarily to maintain mental health. It should be taken care of by everyone. I eat healthy and get enough sleep whenever possible. Apart from that, what else do I do to maintain my mental health?

  • Eat healthy food : Eating healthy food is important for mental health. A body will be healthy only when it has enough nutrients. If the body is good, the mind will be good and mental health will be there. I eat nutritious food, eat vegetables, avoid fatty food.

  • Spend time traveling : Travel is one of the best ways to improve mental health. When my mind is bad sometimes, I travel to beautiful places to refresh my mind. It gives me peace of mind.

  • Do regular physical activity : Exercise is very beneficial for mental well-being. Exercise keeps my body fit and strong. I exercise in the morning several times throughout the day. It gives strength to my body and mental health.

  • Watch entertaining videos : I occasionally watch various entertaining videos for mental wellbeing. The mind is not the same all day long, watch different types of entertaining videos like cartoons, comedy movies etc. to entertain the mind. It pleases the mind and provides mental well-being.

  • I can sleep as needed : Sleep is the most important thing for mental health. If the sleep is not proper then the head will be hot, headache may occur. So I sleep on time. Although I have fixed a daily sleeping pattern. So by doing such activities one gets mental well-being.

In diet in early morning I agree with you that red bread and red floor is very important basically it is famous as brown bread in my country and highly recommended for all those who want to maintain their health and want to keep their self fit as well as in gym also it is highly recommended to people by trainers that they should eat brown bread if they wants to eat one time in a day and I agree with you that are also very important for health as well as you have explain good sleeping and I also pray for your own health and your success in the engagement challenge in which you take your time to participate

I eat red flour bread in the morning

I agree that it is important to have breakfast in the morning. It gives us the energy we need to start our day.
As for "red flour," I have never heard of it.
After reading up, I discovered the following;

Sorghum flour is made from ground Sorghum wholegrain

Sorghum grows in South Africa, and it is available in some of the bigger stores. I will be on the lookout for it.
