Remember, then, your Grand Creator in the days of your youth, before the days of distress come and the years arrive when you will say: “I have no pleasure in them”; Ecclesiastes 12:1.

Aging is the time we find no pleasure in whatever we do. That's why the Bible advises every soul on earth to remember the grand creator in the days of our youth, our young age. Aging comes along with several uncertainties such as distress, not finding pleasure in whatever we engage, different types of sickness, feeling weak, holding stave, wrinkle, grey hair and the likes of them.


Aging is a natural law and it is possible that every baby will grow to old age, no rules nor law can hinder this nature. There's a lot to talk about in this article, all I ask for is your patience to read and drop your effective comments on the comment section. I start with .👇

What is the medical process behind aging and from which age it actually starts?

Our DNA is the part of a living being that carries genetic information. When this DNA gets contaminated with harmful chemicals through the food and drinks we accumulate to our body, it affects and increases the weakness of our cell. When this happens our aging stage develops.

The body cells become weak and if you do look at old people skin like my grandma, her skin wrinkle. At this stage the body begins to experience negative feelings and things become unpleasant, this is because the body DNA which carries all the body growth has accumulated harmful chemicals and as the results the cells have become weakened, it is the medical process behind aging showcasing his face.


When I talk about weakness and things becoming unpleasant, sickness is the main reason. Imagine becoming a blind or deaf, you can't see or hear the kind of activities your fellow human or your families are doing without someone telling or shouting at you, the feeling is so intense. Imagine suffering from arthritis, you can't walk as that of your young age, you get stuck while walking around your yard and the only choice is to wait in some point before getting to your desire place.


Those are some of the uncertainties aging people encounter in life before ending their journey on earth, death. The medical process behind aging are the negatives circumstances aging people, old people encounter in all their life, it brings pains and worries. In my perspective I believe aging actually begins right from child birth, when the infant forms and the skin becomes stronger day by day until birth.

Are you afraid of becoming older and if yes then what are the challanges of aging that are making you afraid from getting older?

I'm afraid of becoming older because from what I experienced becoming older comes with several uncertainties, even with the amount of money a person could have, uncertainties will still approach what the aging ones are going through, the pains and worries isn't a one hand firewood, it's rare to find a happy aging person.

WRINKLE SKIN.
  • My skin makes me look young and handsome but aging will steal it away my fresh skin and left me with wrinkle skin. My handsomeness will become ugly and I will be regard as second class citizens. This challenge is unbearable.

WALKING SLOW WITH STAVE AT HAND.
  • Imagine walking 2 hours from IFA big junction to IFA small junction which is just a 10min walk to the teen. This is so unfortunate and unfair but aging won't mind to hurt, it will affect my knees as a form of arthritis and stop me from walking fast. I hate this challenge.

BLIND, DEAF AND CRIPPLED.
  • Most of the blinds, deaf and crippled people we found outside there aren't because of injuries, it's definitely because of aging. My grandma can't really see with her sight and it's because of aging. It's a weird challenge to encounter.

I know this popular aging is natural and that's the reason I can't forgive Adam, Eve our first parent and Satan for disobeying God and putting me into a bloody nature.

TOMATO
  • Tomato is very enrich in vitamin A, C and E. It has several benefits that helps prevent aging and it is known for high lycopene content. Adding tomato to our food like stew, sauce and the likes of them is really effective in preventing aging.
WATERMELON
  • I love eating this fruit because it moisturized my skin, just like tomato, watermelon is enrich in vitamin A,B and C. Imagine adding tomato in your stew in the morning and in the afternoon which is sunny, you eat a bunch of watermelon. I wonder the amount of vitamins A,B and C you'll stuck in your body.
CARROTS
  • Don't just judge it as an ordinary fruit, it deserves some respect as it contains nutritional traits. You can possibly find some vitamins in carrot, vitamin like vitamin A. Eating this fruit can improve our health and fight against aging although aging won't agree.

Fruits are really essential in fighting against aging and it should be in everyone's house. These fruits are common in our environment like in the market and we can plant them in our yard, let's cherish fruit with body and soul.

FOOTBALL.
  • Football moves our body from different directions and it makes us younger and reduces fat in our body. Guess what? Football helps improve our brain, it helps in adapting good thinking habits and brings back memories. I believe there are more health benefits we gain when playing which I'm not aware of.
RIDING BICYCLE.
  • Don't just say it's a bicycle because there are more health benefits in riding a bicycle. It fights against arthritis, a kneel disease that sucks aging people.
SQUAT.
  • Squat is a process of bending down a bit and stretching our hands in the air. We can squat anytime because it doesn't require any equipment, squatting is a very essential exercise that fights against aging, I love it because of its simplicity.

Exercise is really beneficial to humans when it comes to preventing aging. If I ask about something I don't joke with, I'll smile and answer with pride exercise! I played football every week due to my busy schedule. it is advisable to exercise.

In conclusion, aging is a natural state that every human being will encounter except death happens at a young age. People including me are afraid of aging because of the uncertainties it evolved, aging can only be prevented it can't be cure. Fruit and exercise can help fight aging although aging will always win.

You're right oo, even me , I can't imagine how my old age will be, imagine able body person, you can do whatever you want, trekking, walking, running, eating whatever you want, doing whatever you mind desired, but at a certain age, you can't do all this things anymore, you know that its will be really hard to adapt to that kind of life, that's why most of the age people can get angry at any small thing because they are frustrated and unable to do what they desired.

Hello @kidi40, our youthful days is the best time to achieve anything we want in life.

When old age comes, we may bot likely achieve them again because our strength may not carryout some certain jobs we have to do to put food on the table, build houses, and prepare for the future. If we were to get older without sickness, it would have been a better experience.

Talking about your skin, old age is not our mate. You will definitely succumb to the call of old age. The freshness and cuteness will no more be there. So you can start now to take the proper balance diet, engage in exercises, eat fruits so as to build up your immune system and wait for old age. Live a healthy lifestyle.
